The Owls and Lions band had our guests on the floor all night, and also raving about them the next day. Jay and Nicole are not only AMAZING but were so professional, personal, and stress-free. They even performed our first dance song as a surprise!!!

Their ability to captivate a crowd is spectacular, coming out on the dance floor and engaging with the guests from the saxophone to the guitar. My guests were amazed. Jay is such a talented singer, and not only does Nicole have the voice of an angel, but her violin skills are what set them apart from any other band. My husband and I are fans for life and are already planning on the next time we can see them live. If you want the dance floor packed all night and want to hire people who TRULY care about you and the experience you want you need to hire them.

I found Owls and Lions at a bridal show. I was on my way out, after thinking I had my music situation figured out, and completely threw those plans out the window when I heard what I perceived (and later confirmed) to be the voices of angels playing out on the venue’s patio. Just, WOW. I knew I had to have them at my wedding and brought my then-fiancé to a bar to watch them play so that I could convince him to bring them onboard our all-star wedding vendor team. They were an instant hit with him, too. Owls and Lions completely delivered at our wedding. They even learned a new song for my long walk down the aisle. They are so accommodating and are so fantastic to listen to! Jay, Nicole and Kevin deliver a divine live performance. I even skipped my bridal duties of greeting guests at cocktail hour just to dance and soak up their talent before we switched to Jay’s D.J. company, Spinners Entertainment, for our reception. I will never forget the talent and joy we had at our wedding thanks to Owls and Lions!!!

Wow! I cannot day enough about how fun our wedding was on 11.2.18!! All because of Jay Dela Valle & Spinners Entertainment! They kept the party going all night! Jay is such a professional; he knows all the songs to play to appeal to a range of ages. Just the right balance of party music and romantic slow songs. He asked my husband and I about what we definitely wanted to hear and worked with us through the entire process. He made sure to deliver everything we wanted :) Additionally, his energy is contagious! He announced all the entrances with such passion! The whole place was buzzing :) Even their lighting package is on point! Jay additionally is a member of the band OWLS AND LIONS. We asked them to play at our ceremony and cocktail hour. They walked up and down the aisle as guests were being seated for our ceremony. He played love songs with his band and got everyone in the wedding mood. OWLS AND LIONS also rocked out during our cocktail hour! He played fun music even some Irish music which we loved! It was the best of both worlds; having a band and a dj! If you are questioning whether to hire SPINNERS ENT for your wedding- question no more! They are the best in the business. Thank you so much Jay and OWLS AND LIONS for making our day so PERFECT.

We hired Owls & Lions through Spinners Entertainment. We had a duo (Jay and Nicole) for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and two more band members joined them for the reception. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT OWLS AND LIONS. They were easily the most complimented portion of our wedding. They are so incredibly talented, they perform a large variety of music, and they were relatively affordable for live music and all of the talent they brought! They were so great to work with, incredibly attentive and seriously was one of the highlights of my wedding. They even learned our first dance song and were able to sing it live for us! Something really special about them was they are a band/DJ combo. So when they’re not singing live, Jay, one of the singers, is the DJ, while the instrumentalists play along with the music! I seriously encourage everybody to go check out their videos, it is amazing to watch them perform and it was a gift to have them as our band.

They are great!

We had Owls and Lions play at our wedding, Jay played the acoustic guitar on the beach for our ceremony and then owls and lions rocked the cocktail hour and played through dinner. We were blown away by how much energy they brought to our wedding, the dance floor was NEVER empty! We highly recommend Owls and Lions to anyone who is looking for fun music to keep guests entertained. We had so many compliments throughout the night about our “awesome band”.

Jay took the time to learn a new song for us to play for our first dance. The sound was smooth, with an original flare that Owls and Lions brings to an event. After dinner Jay transitioned to DJ our event, and played an awesome mix of music which continued the party until the end. After our last song Jay surprised us and played our wedding song one more time so we got to repeat our first dance, which was just magical to end the night!
