I have no words. This venue is absolutely stunning. It is romantic, unique, and clean. Billie was an absolute gem to work with. She is so organized and helpful. She provides a list of important dates and sends out reminder emails. The getting ready space was perfect for both the boys and girls. The boys had their own little game room to get ready in and enjoy, while the girls space was peaceful and beautiful. The venue has ample space and ceremony options outside and in the barn. No matter where you pick, you can expect that the ceremony will be beautiful. Billie offers decor mostly free of charge, aside from a couple of items which was extremely nice and helpful. The staff at the venue were so attentive and friendly. Our guests had nothing but fantastic things to say about the service they received and the wine. I cannot say enough about this venue. It was absolutely perfect.

Such a beautiful venue! One of the most gorgeous event barns and right next to a vineyard! Billie and her team are true professionals, working to make every Bride's day special and as wonderful as possible. We had a bit of rain on our day, but Billie's team wasn't phased and was ready with a rain backup plan in place. I cannot recommend this place enough for their professional attitude, service, and dedication to making each event as unique and memorable as possible!
As if the great service and team were not enough, Over the Vines keeps on hand over 100 different decorating and staging items that are available to all wedding parties to spruce up their event. We used more than a few all over our ceremony and reception.

The day that we went to view Over the Vines as an option for a wedding venue, we left knowing that it was the one! The beauty of the venue was one reason we chose Over the Vines, but the other reason was Billie & Ryan! When we met them it was like we had known them for years. They answered all of our questions we had that day. They made us feel like we not only were choosing a venue, but we were also choosing a wedding support system. Every time I had questions, I knew that Billie would have an answer. It was so nice to know that they would be there every step of the process. Billie was amazing by emailing us when things were coming due. They took care of everything it seemed like. A week before our wedding they started watching the weather; we got an email saying there was a chance of rain. We then put a rain day plan in place. It ended up not raining, but it was nice to know there was a plan just in case. We ended up renting the second tent for our rain day plan, even though it didn’t rain the tent was still used by our guests to cool down after dancing. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony out by the vines and it was absolutely magical. It was something that I have always dreamed of. After our ceremony Ryan was great by making sure we always had a drink while we were doing our photos! That type of care you will not get anywhere else. We had so many people say that our wedding was absolutely amazing and they LOVED the venue. I could go on and on about how absolutely beautiful this wedding venue is and how amazing Billie & Ryan are. You just need to experience it for yourself!

Having our wedding at Over the Vines was hands down the BEST decision we made for our wedding process. From start to finish, Billie & Ryan were amazing (answering all our questions, reminding of us things, letting us know day of what was going on)! The bar staff was so personal as well & we felt like they were a part of our day as well! Billie recommended a coordinator she had worked with & she helped make our entire experience seamless as well. They have amazing grooms & bridal suites for the wedding party. Practically EVERY guest we had mentioned that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended! I would think that the majority of that attributed to the beauty of the barn and the vineyard, it spoke for itself that day & I barely needed decorations. I can't begin to thank Billie & Ryan (&their staff) for how PERFECT our day was!!!! It was truly a dream wedding!! I HIGHLY recommend choosing them for your day if you are going for that indoor/outdoor vibe!

We are so happy we booked Over the Vines for our wedding venue. Billie and Ryan were so accommodating and helpful with planning along the way. A few days before the wedding I received thorough plans on what would happen if it were to rain and what to expect if we had to go to our backup plan. It rained all morning and once it stopped, Billie and Ryan were out there with towels cleaning off the chairs so we could have our outdoor ceremony. They even hung our flowers on the arbor for us. They truly want you to have a great wedding day and they would do anything to help achieve that. So many of our guests shared compliments of the venue and staff after the wedding. I can't recommend Over the Vines enough!

Words don't properly convey how amazing Over the Vines was for our wedding. My wife is big in to history and the vineyard and historic barn were perfect and a added bonus. Billie and Ryan were amazing to work with. They were extremely organized which took a huge amount of pressure off of planning for our wedding and allowed us to breathe and enjoy the moments. They provided tons of resources and recommendations for Catering, hotel, and much more. They were very responsive to our many questions and also periodically emailed us with reminders on deadlines for when to have things submitted and ready for the wedding. We wanted an outside wedding, but mother nature had other ideas and decided to bless our wedding by a heavy downpour. Seeing earlier in the week that there was a chance of rain (first rainfall in a month), we worked with the OTV staff and sprung for the second tent. The day of, Billie worked with us in implimenting plan B, moving the wedding inside the barn. Their staff was amazing and got the barn looking amazing for our ceremony, just a couple of hours before the wedding. Both the inside and outside was amazing and beautiful. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to talk about how georgous the venue was and what a great time they had. We also got the wine slushies for the reception and they were a huge hit! If you are in need of a wedding venue, I can't stress enough, I strongly from the bottom of our hearts, recommend you choose Over the Vines!

I am beyond grateful to have chosen Over the Vines for our wedding. Billie and Ryan were amazing to work with from start to finish. They made our day so perfect. Everything was smooth sailing all day long. They have amazing bridal suites and groomsmen suites for the bridal party. The staff and bartenders were also so amazing to all the guests. We are still getting compliments on how beautiful their venue is. Billie and Ryan really put their heart and souls in their venue and make sure every bride has what they need on the day of. I would recommend them over and over again!

Billie and Ryan are amazing! Booking our wedding venue was a big decision in the planning process, and we are so so happy we booked them. We visited several different venues and felt overwhelmed at all the add-on prices. Billie and Ryan have made it simple and include SO much when you book with them. They have so many extras, like decor and signs, that saved us a lot of time and money. They're clear and upfront about what to expect, and they were wonderful at every step of the way. They surpassed our expectations.

From Billie's very first email, I could tell they were enthusiastic, warm, and detail-oriented. We met Ryan when we toured the venue, and he put us at ease right away, making us laugh and showing us how much of their heart and soul they put into their business. Billie answered every single question along the way (and then some!), always going above and beyond with helpful suggestions and recommendations to make our day perfect. Not many people can say they had multiple GOOD surprises for their wedding day from their venue, and we really did.

The OTV staff exude the same warmth, kindness, and passion that Billie and Ryan do, and the whole event was seamless. We had a magical day and would not have changed a thing. They eased so many potential stressors and helped give us the perfect wedding. We highly recommend OTV and can't thank them enough!

It was an easy choice for my husband and I to choose Over the Vines for our wedding; Billie and Ryan are irreplaceable when it comes to venue organizers! My husband and I wanted to get married outside, in the fall, near a barn- the fact that there was wine on site really just sold us all over again. Billie and Ryan were fun, understanding, and really so easy for us to work with. They sold us from the start answering all of our questions, even the questions we didn't know we had! They were responsive to our emails or phone calls, talked us through day-of-logistics with ease, and let us (perhaps dramatically) get a little bummed when it POURED on wedding day. With rain on the wedding day...they began emailing us a week in advance with our options, talked us through how logistics would change, and let us have three opportunities day-of to make the "final call" for rain. We ended up doing the ceremony inside, and not in front of the vines outside as planned, butt the ceremony was perfect and dinner/reception turn around was timely. They made it so stress free; this is especially saying something since I'm still a touch bitter about the unnecessary rain. :)

Billie and Ryan took it all in stride, and took care of us. We had a wonderful wedding because of them (okay, and family and friends too). Rain or Shine, they are a power couple to rely upon!
