With unpredictable weather, out-of-town guests, and I-4 construction chaos, we needed help with wedding day logistics! Orlando Luxury Travel (OLT) listened and then took care of everything!
Our driver made runs between the hotel and wedding venue to ensure that everyone was where they needed to be, on time, relaxed, and unwrinkled! After the reception, a OLT Party Bus took the bride and groom and a load of guests for a rolling after-party! For guests who were ready to call it a night, the OLT shuttle van provided safe and comfortable rides back to the hotel.

My driver's name was Karen and was a pleasure to interface with. I received texts when she arrived and stayed around the area in case I needed to be transported somewhere. It was really nice having my own driver the day of the wedding. Thanks for a great experience!

I needed point-to-point transportation from a hotel to a venue (round-trip) and OLT was very responsive and accommodating. They arrived early to pick up my guests and for both trips and picked them up without issue. I had a few last minute changes and they were able to accommodate me with ease, I would definitely use them again.

Under the circumstances of my transportation changing at the last minute they were very understandable and able to accomodate my needs at the last minute.

Just a warning about OLT. While it was easy to book and the drivers were fine and showed up on time, no issues, we had a wedding on a Wednesday which is not a day that is in high demand, had an 8am pickup which gives us until 8:15 to leave. Everyone was loaded and the car took off by 8:23 and there was an additional charge on my credit card for going over the 15 minute window. I can understand there are limits, however, the trip was 20 minutes and they were done by 9am. On the return trip, we had 2:15 booked and everyone was loaded and left by 2:17. They were returned to the hotel before 3. We paid almost $600 (not including tip) for about an hour and a half worth of work total. I called and asked if they really needed to charge me extra for the morning trip and they said YES--those are the rules! In addition, the business charges a fuel surcharge which I was aware of, but with fuel prices down and fuel being a part of their business overall, I find it a questionable practice.
