Let me introduce myself. I’m Misti, founder and owner of Once Upon a Dream Weddings, a company based out of Science Hill, Kentucky. I offer many wedding services, such as two Certified Officiants, a Certified Wedding Planner, Month and Day of Coordinator. They can be hired per hour if needed.

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING $3,000 (plus anything purchased for the wedding that you have approved of first.)

A full-time planner starts with you from square one. They handle everything from helping you choose your color palette, finding your perfect wedding venue, and overseeing the day of festivities.

For full-service wedding planning, the planner takes responsibility for keeping everyone on track with planning. We are guiding the couple throughout the entire process, attending many vendor meetings and consultations with the couple, keeping track of when vendor payments are due, possibly working on the wedding design, plus doing everything involved with wedding day management. The planner may also be recommending wedding venues and attending tours of potential venues with the clients.

PARTIAL PLANNING $2,000 (plus anything purchased for the wedding that you have approved of first.)

Partial wedding planners (also known as á la carte pros) can help you with specific tasks, like managing a wedding budget or organizing your venue floor plan. They're typically less expensive than a full-service planner, so hiring a vendor to this capacity is a worthy alternative for couples who don't have room in their budget for a full-time pro.

Partial planning typically includes all of the services for month-of wedding coordination plus a select set of additional services offered by the wedding planner.

MONTH-OF WEDDING COORDINATION $1,500 (plus anything purchased for the wedding that you have approved of first.)

Another budget-friendly option is a month-of coordinator. These pros will help you finalize all of the last-minute details and ensure your big day goes off without a hitch.

A month-of coordinator starts their services 30 or 60 days before the wedding date.

DAY OF COORDINATOR/WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT $800 (plus anything purchased for the wedding that you have approved of first.)

A day-of coordinator helps pull together last-minute details and ensures the day of your wedding goes off without a hitch. Considering all of the different types of wedding planners, it makes sense that there's a lot of variation when it comes to how much a wedding planner actually costs.

OFFICIANT RATE IS $300

As a licensed officiant, I will conduct traditional and/or non-traditional weddings. I can create personalized ceremonies for the couple with their tastes and preferences in mind.

HOURLY RATE FOR WEDDING PLANNING $100 plus anything that is purchased for the wedding that you have approved of first.

If you don’t need a full wedding planner, but just want a coordinator to assist with a few wedding-related tasks, you may hire a planner by the hour.
