On Three Designs is owned and operated by Alicia Lantzy. The company began in 2013 with very humble roots out of the attic of her home in South City, Saint Louis. The business has since grown, adding 5 team members, outgrowing our South City space and moving into our new design studio out of Clayton, Missouri in the Fall of 2022.

On Three Designs specializes in custom stationery and branding for wedding, events and all of life’s milestones. We’re committed to designing luxury experiences through paper that feel as unique as the couples that they’re made for.

Beautiful Materials

We loved working with On Three Designs for our wedding invitation and day-of materials! They were so wonderful to work with -- kind, creative, and experts at what they do. We chose them at the start because they really listened to us. They took time to hear what we wanted to achieve and then brainstormed with us in a way that showed they took what we said into account. Throughout the process, they were responsive to adjustments and everything ran smoothly. The finished products exceeded our expectations!

Creative Pieces That Wowed My Guests

From the first meeting, I knew Alicia and I were going to create some awesome things together. I had a vision and she came with the creative experience to make that vision a reality! From flower seed packet save the dates, to beautiful one of a kind invitations, to personalized napkins with our beloved dog on them, Alicia made our day that much better with so many personal details and touches!

Alicia is incredible! She did my invitation, ceremony programs and few additional stationary items for the reception. I had guests calling and texting me when they got the invitation to tell me how beautiful they were. Her custom work nailed exactly what I had in mind and more! She is quick, responsive and so very talented.
