I am so glad that we decided to hire Old Town Trolley for our wedding! This is the only company that I spoke with that allowed rentals by the hours. We just wanted transportation for guests from our ceremony to our reception, so this was perfect. It was so lovely to see our trolley waiting as soon as our ceremony ended, and our driver Euell was waiting with a big smile on his face! He did two trips to and from the ceremony in an hour, and was so friendly to all of our guests. He was also wonderful when my now-husband and I spent about 15 minutes taking photos alone on the trolley. This was a wonderful company to work with- so easy and great value. I highly recommend!

We booked 4 trolleys through Craig at the sales office for our wedding day for the wedding party and guests. Our driver for the wedding party was awesome! He put up with the craziness of all of us (girl and guys) and even gave me a sweet pep talk before I walked down the aisle. All trolleys were on time and efficient when transporting from ceremony to reception. I am glad we went with Old Town Trolley Tours as our transportation. They did a great job and I would highly recommend!

Old Town offered a great Trolley to transport our guests and bridal party. The only downfall was the driver was early for several pickups which caused some hiccups in our timeline for the day. Bridal party was not done taking photos and ready to leave but we had to board the trolley because it was not permitted to park in certain spots. It was not a deal breaker at all and overall the service was great

They were ok. They were very responsive on the phone, but late on the day of wedding. I think the service is expensive, but expect to pay the same or more per hour for any other trolley service

Craig was easy to work with in setting up use of a trolley for our wedding. We had a change to the type of trolley we wanted about 2 weeks out from the wedding and Craig worked with us to change the reservation. On the day of though, the wrong trolley showed up and I was told there was nothing that could be done. After the wedding I emailed Craig to explain my disappointment. He confirmed that it was an error by Old Town Trolley company but offered nothing in the way of an apology or refund.
