Pia and her team were amazing to work with! Pia was so knowledgeable on all aspects of the wedding planning process. She immediately grasped onto the vision we wanted for our wedding and made it come to life! She was so patient with all my questions and indecisiveness and she was so accommodating in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it! Having her take over at the 6 week mark couldn’t have been more helpful, she relieved all my stress and made sure everything was taken care of! Not only was our day beautiful because the florals, everything about our timeline and schedule ran so smoothly because of Pia! She truly made me feel so special throughout the entire process. We can’t recommend her enough!!

I don’t even know where to begin! Pia and her team were PHENOMENAL in the entire process. From our first contact to the big day, Pia was very responsive, reassuring and just an all around pleasure to work with. I gave her my vision for florals and Oak & Poppy delivered!

Additionally, the coordination was a Godsend because, although I am a type A person and I’m always organized, I didn’t plan for the inevitable stress that can with planning a successful wedding from a logistical standpoint. That’s where Pia came in and provided a lot of much-needed guidance and support! I went into wedding planning to find a vendor and came out at the other end with a good friend/connection! Look no further than Oak & Poppy for all your floral and coordination needs!

Pia and her mom were both the coordinators and florists for our wedding and I could not recommend them enough! Pia was extremely helpful as we had a friend marrying us who had never performed a wedding before. I felt confident going into the day of that she had every nailed down for the ceremony. She took over all vendor contact 6 weeks out to take extra stress off as we got closer to the big day and it made a world of a difference. I am a very Type-A person and thought I could handle most of the planning myself but Pia brought to my attention things I would have never planned for. If you are on the fence, day of coordination is ABSOLUTELY worth it with Pia.

The floral arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. We had bridal and bridesmaids bouquets dropped off as we were getting ready, they created a floral arrangement for our wedding arch, made boutonnieres for the boys, flowers for moms and grandparents, centerpieces/bud vases, and miscellaneous florals spread throughout for a fraction of what other quoted florists were asking. They were in communication with us about our wants throughout the process and we ended us with the most beautiful florals!

Pia was INCREDIBLE!!! We had so many questions the month before our wedding and she answered every single text, email, phone and call within 5 minutes. She made us feel so calm on our wedding day because we knew we were in the best hands. She handled every single vendor, and if there were any problems day of I wouldn’t even know because she handled them without us knowing. She set up our entire ceremony and reception and was everything we could have ever dreamed of. Pia is truly a blessing to the wedding industry and she was one of the best decisions we made for our day!!!!

From our first phone call many many months ago...I knew I could not get married without Pia's help. She listened to our wedding vision and made it not only come true but made it even better than our original vision! She captured our personalities and style 100% in her design board. We felt completely at ease the day of our wedding knowing that our girl Pia was going to CRUSH our wedding decor and setup. And let me tell ya...she not only crushed but KILLED IT. Our families were so impressed by all of the little touches and how elegant everything was setup. Brides - do yourself a favor and hire Pia! Best decision we made and I will continue to recommend her services to anyone I know who is getting married and thinks that "they should be able to handle it without a day of coordinator" because trust me...I was one of them and I could not have imagined the level of stress that would have entailed to try and unbox and setup everything and then go look pretty for pictures. She saved the day multiple times for my bridesmaids by having just what we had conveniently forgot to pack. If we do a 5 year vow renewal in the future 100% Pia will be involved in that ceremony as well!

Pia and her team are truly one of a kind. During the whole pandemic I planned a large wedding which fell apart within 2 months before the date. As I scrambled to put everything back together in a short period of time I realized I needed some serious help, which is where Oak and Poppy comes in. Without Pia and her team, I have no idea what my wedding day would of been like. And I am so THANKFUL I had her there because there was so many things I couldn't have accomplished without her. My day was easy going, well taken care of, beautiful and right on schedule. Pia was like having a friend with me the whole time who understood my thoughts/feelings about the whole wedding process and I couldn't say enough nice things about how she basically saved my wedding. If you are deciding between hiring a planner or not, do it with Oak and Poppy. My day was incredible and my vision came to life. A million thanks couldn't be enough!
