Choosing Sean and Noelle as our photographers was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. We truly cannot recommend them enough. They went above and beyond in everything, they knew how much we wanted a very specific (difficult to capture) photo of our dog at our wedding, and they truly delivered. They spent time getting to know us and truly captured *us* on our wedding day. Sean and Noelle helped our whole day run smoothly and were there every step of the way, Noelle even cut a piece of a bandaid matching my nail polish color when I had a broken nail. As a married couple themselves, they work so well together and seem to anticipate each other’s needs which made everything feel natural and seamless. We were pleasantly surprised with how quickly we received our photos, and we absolutely loved all of them. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives and wholeheartedly recommend Sean and Noelle for anyone looking for the best wedding photographers around.

So I’m really not sure how to even properly convey why Summerlight Photography was the absolute perfect choice for us. I like to see all of my options and browsed through hundreds of photographers before settling on two. We met with Noelle and Sean and didn’t even need to meet the other one. They are the best photographers you’ll ever get for your wedding.
Here’s the thing, it’s not just the photos. The photos are beyond what I ever thought we’d get and they are everything we wanted. But it was so much more than that. Noelle and Sean probably called their company Summerlight Photography because they do incredible things with light in their photos, but to me they lit up every room they entered. I was stressed out the morning of the wedding and when they burst into the hotel room they were a whirlwind of competence. They greeted me and asked where the items to be photographed were while I was getting my makeup done and needed no direction. Immediately I felt better. They were so bright and cheerful and genuinely excited to be a part of the day. I felt like everything was taken care of and didn’t need to direct them at all. They never lost this exuberance for the 11-hour day. From the first minute to the last, they kept up a great energy and it bled into everyone they were photographing. It didn’t feel like we were awkwardly being photographed by strangers, it felt like we had these awesome friends who happened to be brilliantly gifted at photography.
I’m a person who is definitely Type A, and photos were my most important thing. They live on forever! everyone acknowledges. I’ve got back the sneak peek of my photos (about 50 so far) and they gave us a range of everything we asked for and more. The colors are so deep and rich, while incorporated an airy brightness. Because they were natural and easy to work with, there are no strained poses or unnatural expressions. No forced smiles. I knew I would want a lot of photos and when I gave them my list, they didn’t even blink. They said no problem. And just from the sneak peek, I can see they’ve managed to check absolutely everything we wanted. They are beautiful and photos we’ll cherish for a lifetime. Crisp, clear, perfectly posed, and all flattering. They feel singularly unique to our style we asked for.
I never felt like I was a hassle when I had questions and I had a lot of them haha.
They kept us on time and we took TONS of photos. We went to multiple places and the best part is, they coordinated us. It took the stress off of me. We were within 15 minutes of our timeline and that’s unheard of. They were always there ready to capture what we needed. Even when I was out on the dance floor and noticed my grandparents dance (they rarely do) I only had to nod to them and Sean immediately got the shots. They were waiting for any and every cue to capture those important moments. They even brought a stepladder to capture large group shots and add flattering angles to some portraits. We literally had SO MANY family groupings and they managed to coordinate all those people (who don’t like having photos taken) into the very narrow window we had at the church. We got some adorable photos with our puppy George outside the church too. I even forgot some of the shots I asked for and Noelle reminded me and I would have been so disappointed had I forgotten!
I am a person who will analyze every review before I make a decision on a vendor and I want to know what I’m getting into before I sign a contract. Summerlight Photography will bring such light to your wedding day with the photos and with their beautiful energy. They’re incredible photographers that remembered everything we asked for and gave us photos we were blown away with. Their range allows them to truly give you something that looks like an artist’s collection, not a one-note stock album. We adored working with Noelle and Sean and I am so thankful I found them for our wedding day. Trust me, you’ll have these photos for a lifetime. It’ll be the best choice you make.

For me, a photographer was one of the most important pieces of our wedding. I wanted someone I could trust to capture our day perfectly and Noelle and Sean definitely did not disappoint! They were so much fun to work with and they work so well together. Our engagement session was so relaxed and laid back and it was nice to get to know Noelle and Sean a little bit before the big day. When getting ready the morning of our wedding, Sean hung out with the guys and Noelle hung out with the girls, making it easy to get lots of great photos and not feel rushed. They captured every moment of our wedding perfectly and our photos came out better than I could have ever imagined. I can't recommend them enough!

I'm not sure there are enough words in the English Language to express my gratitude, awe, and amazement with Noelle and Sean. They did a beautiful job with our engagement photos, and were so patient with us during the wedding day. They were troopers in the 80 degree may heat for our outdoor photos, and captured every shot I could have wanted (until family started running off and I didn't want to chase after them haha) Their fun-loving attitude and pleasant demeanor was enough to keep me calm and collected during my wedding day. I knew they'd get the shots that were most important to me, and I didn't need to worry. They also helped me keep a stray groomsmen in line (thanks Sean!) and made sure he didn't go rogue and commandeer my photos. This sweet, wonderful couple really captures the magic of your big day, and provides you with amazing photos that will be wonderful keepsakes for years to come. If you haven't booked them now, do it. You won't regret it! Their pricing is phenomenal for what they offer and I'd choose them over and over again.

Pictures were one of the most important things for me. I love photography and the fact that it captures important moments in our lives. With the right photographer, looking at a picture can take you back to so many memories and I knew that I wanted someone who could do this for us.

From the first time meeting Noelle, I knew that our wedding photos would be nothing short of perfect. Her passion for what she does is displayed in, not only the way she talks, but every single picture. After instantly clicking, I knew I didn't want to meet with any other photographers.

When it came time to get our engagement pictures, Noelle and Sean made us feel very comfortable. They gave us ideas on poses and instructed us without making us feel like we were on a photo shoot... We felt like we were on a date. The pictures turned out fantastic. I can't count the number of comments we got on how amazing they were, so we knew we were in good hands when it came to capturing our big day.

What I didn't expect though, was that they would far exceed our expectations. They checked in with us periodically and made sure that we let them know of every important picture that we wanted. My list seemed unusually long, but they captured every single picture. On the day of they acted as our wedding coordinators and made sure that we had everything we needed while also communicating with each other to ensure that we didn't see each other before walking down the aisle. I can't thank them enough for all of their help with that day.

These two work so well together and the talent that they have is indescribable. I wouldn't trade my wedding photos or working with these two for anything. After doing A LOT of online research, we decided to choose Summerlight for our engagement and wedding photography, based on the already amazing reviews and their work. We met Sean and Noelle for our engagement pictures about 9 months before our big day. This was the perfect opportunity for us to get to know each other. We were so happy with our choice! They both have such a great artistic eye and an ability to make you feel comfortable. They will direct you on what to do to get the best shots. Every interaction that we had with them was professional and informative. Afterwards, we were so excited to see them in action on the wedding day! When that day came, I couldn't have possibly asked for more. They were both amazing! Their calm personalities were perfect for us, since we both don't enjoy pictures. When the wedding planning began, finding the most amazing photographer(s) was at the top of my list. Everyone had told me how important my wedding pictures would be, and now that I've been through it, I can tell you that they were right. The day flies by, and it happens so quickly that things easily slip your mind. The pictures are the way you can re-live the day over and over. I researched on several photographers, and immediately fell in love with Noelle and Sean's work. After meeting with them, I knew that they were a perfect match for my wedding day. Six months prior to our wedding, my husband and I moved to California. Needless to say, if wedding planning isn't stressful enough, doing it from 2,500 miles away puts a whole new meaning behind stressful. Having Noelle and Sean as our photographers took so much stress off our plate. They were so flexible with our schedules, and worked around our travels to ensure that they would be able to get an engagement shoot done for us. I never had to worry about one thing in regards to our photographers because they were so on top of every detail for us. Once the big day came, Noelle spent the day with myself and the girls, and Sean spent the day with the boys. This is just another amazing aspect of this duo. It was so nice to be able to have someone capturing both sides of our day prior to the wedding. Once it was wedding time, they captured every picture we could have ever wanted. My husband and I planned our wedding from out of town. Noelle and Sean were so accommodating. They Skyped us right away so we could get a feel for each other before officially booking them. They were able to do our engagement shoot ON JULY 4TH WEEKEND when we were back in Ohio visiting family for the long weekend. Noelle met me at Panera to finalize everything the month before the wedding when I'd flown home by myself. The wedding day itself, they were just fantastic. I have no idea how I lucked into finding them. They were absolutely perfect. The pictures are gorgeous. And they're just the greatest people you could ever hope to be around. Do yourself a favor and book them! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
