Darrin @ Nina Jewelry was a godsend. We had purchased an engagement ring overseas, and, after repairing it a few times, decided it would be best to find a very similar ring with higher quality. In our rural area, jewelry stores are very limited, so we were thrilled to discover Nina, which had been in business for over a century. We met with Darrin and he patiently showed us many rings... none were quite right, so we browsed the internet for several weeks... and ended back at Nina, where he was able to order a custom ring that was exactly what I wanted. We also had been shopping for his wedding band in several stores and online, and Nina was able to order a hammered two-tone yellow and white gold band that he loved. And, just a couple weeks ago, I reached out to them about my wedding earrings... the cheap base metal causes an allergic reaction... and they found a similar style hook in 24k white gold, in stock, and swapped the hooks within minutes while I waited. We really couldn't be happier with the staff, service and prices. Highly recommend!

Every interaction we have had with Nina and her talented staff has been OUTSTANDING! We first came upon Nina Jewelry by chance since my engagement ring was too big and we needed a temporary solution while on vacation in Vermont in 2012. We were greeted warmly immediately. They understood our problem and gave us a little piece of plastic tubing that was perfect for keeping the ring snug on my hand. They didn't even charge us for it! The next year, we returned to Vermont a few weeks before our wedding and had had such poor luck finding a quality jeweler at reasonable prices in Boston that we decided to come back to Nina Jewelry. They took such good care of us! Their service, quality and prices are unbelievable. They did an amazing job with my wedding ring, my husband-to-be's wedding ring (a pretty complicated job they did even better than we had hoped for) and a pair of lovely earrings they customized for me--so many choices of settings and backs! They even engraved my engagement ring on the house! They were meticulous about recording every detail we asked for and delivered to the letter (and beyond!). When they shipped us back our custom jewelry, they included a thoughtful and warm hand-written note--such a kind touch! We are so happy we went back and hope to see them again next time we visit! Nina provided the wedding ring for my husband in our wedding. They were so helpful trying to design the kind of ring that we both wanted! Comfortable, masculine, but also wanted it set with a stone uncommon in wedding bands, so it had to be relatively custom designed. Also we were on a budget, and with the price of precious metals being so high they helped us find what we wanted for a price we could afford. Finally when it came back slightly more expensive than anticipated, they honored the price they quoted us. All together they did a lovely job, and we really appreciated it!
