Talk about bang for your buck. This was the most affordable caterer and had excellent quality service and food. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams because of how affordable this caterer was.

Locally owned ... great food at a great price!

I had 300 guests waiting at my reception and they were 2 hours late! When the bridal party arrived to the reception, Niemerg's had just gotten there and were still setting up, so we had to wait about 45 minutes before we could eat. This cut into the time that we had he DJ and other things scheduled. The food was amazing so I guess you have to weigh which is more important, punctuality or quality of food. Also, their cost is more reasonable than you will find anywhere else... I was really excited for them to do our catering and really disappointed in the end. AND...there was no apology!
