New Market BBQ Catering Services are very flexible to meet your needs. We are available for catering 7 days a week for weddings, business or church functions, family events, or social gatherings.

Our Menu

Select from 100% Hickory PIT Smoked Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Turkey Breast, Chicken or St. Louis Style Pork Spare Ribs. We also offer our amazing Smoked Mac n' Cheese, which is on the 100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die List. All of our menu options will be available for you to choose from when filling out our catering form at https://www.newmarketbbq.com/catering

Our Service Offerings

We have a few different service options available for our catering clients depending on your budgetary needs:

• Package up the food for you to come pickup, which is the least expensive option.
• Deliver it to your location and set up a self service buffet using disposable chafing pan sets and depart. Your guests will serve themselves and you will tear down.
• Or, deliver, setup self service buffet and restock as needed and tear down after your guests have finished serving themselves.
• Last option and most expensive is for us to provide labor to deliver, setup buffet line, serve the food to your guest's plate and then tear down and depart.

Schedule for Catering

Whether we do the setup / serve or you guys just come by and pickup, we are sure that we can work together to come up with a menu and service option that best suits your needs.

Open in the Restaurant for pickup on Friday-Saturday 11-7 and Sunday 11-4 or during the week scheduled a week in advance.

Catering services are available during the week with at least 7-10 business days notice.
