NETZERO RANCH is now growing their own food at the owner's NET-ZERO RANCH located in a wilderness setting at the base of Hermits Peak. They were spared miraculously by the fires and are here for a purpose.

Las Dispensas is a very small hamlet of private ranches, astonishing mountain views, and lots of wildlife.

Chef Kualani Kennedy came to New Mexico from NYC/SanFran and started a catering company. She quickly learned the only way to give her clients high-quality food was to utilize her family's influence of farming and grow her own food at her ranch.

This caterer is passionate about sustainability and regenerative agriculture. They make sure your wedding is purposefully and exclusively delivered with excellent food and mindfully waste free execution.

Delicious menu and very easy to work with!

Kualani and her team blew away myself and our guests with her delicious food. Kualani was open to collaboratively creating the menu items together and delivered on what was requested: traditional New Mexican food that was warming for our Fall wedding. We received tons of complements from our guests on how great the food was.

Not only was Kualani easy to communicate and plan the menu with, she was always responsive to our questions and remained flexible and accommodating when special dietary restrictions were needed.

Additionally, Kualani was very prepared; she and her team set everything up the day before to make the wedding day seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Kualani and her team.

Amazing Chef!

We hired Chef Kualani for a private birthday dinner for my mother. Her passion for food came through in the very first email. She is amazing! You can tell that she loves the whole process of procuring, preparing, cooking and serving. We gathered from all over the world and this was the best meal we have had, possibly ever. She tends to use local and fresh ingredients which made all of the dishes stand out. Chef K is very talented.
