NZR Inc. is a destination-wedding catering company built around live-fire grills and 18-hour wood-smoked meats. Our menus draw from the great asado traditions of Argentina and Uruguay, the smoke and salsa cultures of Oaxaca and Jalisco, and the chiles, mole, and posole of New Mexico — served as casually or as formally as the moment calls for.
Every event is all-inclusive. Travel, gratuity, tax, composting, and chefs are baked into one transparent per-person price — no surprise fees, no surprise additional cost. That is our brand promise.
We cook for couples who care where their food comes from. New Mexico ranch partnerships move through a single regional smokehouse, and Santa Fe farmers’ markets provide 90% of our produce. Vegan and gluten-free service is built into every menu by default, not added as an afterthought.
