Despite freezing temperatures and my husband being prone to making funny faces in photos, he put us at ease and perfectly captured our day in a personalized way. Nathan was actually referred to me by another photographer and was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I was looking for a very particular style and I wanted someone who had experience shooting South Asian Weddings, no one more perfect than Nathan! He was so helpful during the planning process and always made my husband I comfortable during our shoots. He has amazing vision and if you trust him the photos he produces are beautiful! Nathan gets our forever gratitude for taking truly stunning photos of us and our loved ones, and for making the stress of wedding stuff melt away with his kindness and good humor. Whether you're type A like me or more relaxed, he is the exact kind of person you need and want around you on your wedding day. His attitude is relaxed, but he is great at time management and getting the shots you'll want to remember forever, often taken in creative ways. I think what sets him apart from other photographers is the ability to not just take portraits, but also capture scenes--capturing moments that include not just the marrying couple, but the people and scene around them also. Our family loves the picture of the hora about to start as it is full of movement, and you get a sense of what each person in the moment is experiencing, from our reactions to those lifting us and others watching, it's just brilliant.

I have so many friends who had okay to decent photographers, but no one I know has clicked with their photographer the way we did with Nathan. He just got who we are as a couple, what we care about, and it yielded photos that we'll treasure forever. We cannot imagine entrusting future portraits of our family with anyone other than Nathan. Also--he left us the best advice ever in our guest box, so he's also very wise hehe

Extra Note: I'm an event planner, and also hired Nathan for a corporate function--he and his colleague Aaron are excellent at capturing the ambiance and mood of an event. I've always struggled to find a photographer who can get great group shots, but these two deliver on that every time, even in a corporate context.

Nathan photographed our engagement shoot and entire wedding weekend, and was one of the best wedding vendor decisions that we made. Nathan did a phenomenal job photographing our special days! Not only is he immensely talented (it was so hard to pick our favorite photos!), but his presence was so calming and positive the whole wedding day. On an extremely stressful and chaotic day, Nathan (and his amazing second shooter Aaron) made the day easy and anxiety-free. Our photos turned out better than we could have ever hoped. Our gallery was the perfect mix of candids, with photos of ourselves, family, and friends filled with genuine joy and laughter, as well as the beautifully composed family shots that we had requested. Outside of the wedding day, Nathan was quick to respond to all of our questions, had an easy-to-understand contract, and was extremely organized. We had such a great experience with him during our engagement shoot that we recommended him to my sister, who used him for her wedding and her baby shower (again, shout-out to Aaron!). He’s our family’s go-to photographer now, and we couldn’t recommend him more for all of your big events!!

Nathan was a joy to work with. He was responsive, professional and accommodating. He met with myself and the client prior to the event to discuss the flow of the event and must have photos. He so beautifully captured the details and memories of the event for my client. He arrived on time and worked well with the other vendors for a smooth event. I highly recommend him for your next event.

This is not a wedding review, but Nathan has shot my family on multiple occasions. The photos that he has taken of my daughter are some of the most cherished ones I have. He photographed her when she was a few months old, and then twice as a toddler. The joy that the photos of her bring me whenever I see them is overwhelming. He captured her sweet smiles and toothy giggles and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the images.

Okay, so Nathan didn't do our wedding. He did a conference photo of 250ish people, and then small group photos of 2 - ~10 people. And he was incredible!! He was professional, on time, was able to wrangle everyone, found an even better angle than we did, and resulted in great photos. Would use again! I bet he'd be amazing for weddings.

Nathan was an amazing photographer! Prior to my wedding date, he sent over a questionnaire so that we would have some kind of schedule for the wedding day and to really make sure he got shots of everything I wished for. Nathan followed every request I made and more! He showed up on time to the locations I requested (both were a few miles between each other) and got BEAUTIFUL shots of my family and friends and of course, us as the Bride and Groom. Nathan directed us on how to pose and made us feel comfortable instead of awkward -- and we are generally awkward people, haha! He was great with my Bridal Party and kept us laughing through various shot setups. Also he is QUICK! He gets the shot he needs (and it's always gorgeous) without you having to hold a pose or stay in one spot for too long.

After the wedding, Nathan was prompt in getting the photo set back to us. Every single photo looks straight out of some editorial Vogue magazine shoot. It's insane. I don't know how he does it. These photos look like they belong in museums and not my living room. I can't recommend Nathan enough. Everyone I know still talks about how lovely and personable he was at the wedding and how utterly breathtaking his photos are. I can't wait to work with him again for any future needs! Nathan was fantastic! From the very beginning, Nathan was timely and responsive, and genuinely wanted to make sure he captured what we were looking for in our wedding photos. We received an engagement session as part of our package, and the first time we had the pleasure of meeting Nathan was in the wee hours of the morning to try to capture a gorgeous sunrise shoot. Nathan was nothing but a great sport during an unseasonably cold morning, working with both my now husband's and my sleepiness and making us laugh all along the way. He has an amazing eye for detail (as we would later see with our wedding photos), and was always up for trying unique poses and locations.

Nathan and his assistant photographer were amazing during the wedding! In true form, our wedding day was then unseasonably hot and muggy, and he managed to still capture the best of the best. Everyone is thrilled with our photos, and we're still debating which ones we want to print and hang (there's too many!). We've got a wide variety from the classic, staged photos to the candid party ones, and everything in between. We can't recommend him enough.

Nathan was unbelievable to work with. His down-to-earth personality made my husband and I extremely comfortable. He listened to our requests and the photos came out incredibly. As we scrolled through the final shots (all 970 of them!) we couldn't believe that each one was better than the last. He incorporated a good mixture of portraits, candid shots and posed/artistic shots. He wasn't pushy, like you would expect from some photographers, but he also injected his own artistic flare, which we loved. Nathan also arranged a second photographer. They worked really well together and their styles seemed very consistent. We couldn't tell the difference when looking at the overall collection, which was perfect. We would not change a thing about our experience working with Nathan!
