Nancy takes the best wedding photos I've ever seen! She actually stayed over time to make up for the hair disaster when photo ops weren't the best. If you want good photos...spend the money & talk to Nancy (& husband).

Could not have asked for a better photographer. Our pictures were AMAZING and we were able to get them back to us very quickly. Mrs. Hellsten also gives you the copyright privaledges so that you can print any of your photos at any store. She is GREAT!

Some of the pictures turned out nice. But Nancy was kind of difficult to reach after we had ordered the prints, also the ordering process was not very clear. Once we placed the order we did not get any kind of confirmation so we had to email her to make sure it went through and we also did not receive a receipt or any kind of summary of what was ordered. When we got the 8x10 prints, they were pretty blurry and not that great. I wish that the quality of her proofs online allowed us to notice this but unfortunately since they were all low resolution it was hard to tell if they would come out that way. My last complaint is the amount of time she gave us and the family for ordering prints. We only had two weeks to order prints, I wanted to order more but since I had no summary of what we ordered I didn't want to order duplicates. I know that it sounds crazy that I forgot which ones we and my fiance's family ordered but after looking through so many prints it's easy to forget which ones you selected. So now it's past the deadline and we cannot order any additional prints and I still have not received the summary.

Also, the low resolution prints she sends you have a very awkwardly placed logo and they are truly the lowest resolution possible (for example, on one of the picutres the logo was places over our hands where my ring was showing and I thought it'd be nice to have that showing since they were engagement pictures.) I don't even think they are worth keeping.
