Mouthfeel is a catering company founded by Chefs Britt and Colon Robles. Established in November 2023, Mouthfeel specializes in luxury hors d'oeuvres that can be passed by a Chef, grand grazing tables, and bite-sized desserts.
Unlike traditional catering companies, Mouthfeel has eliminated the buffet line.
Mouthfeel focuses on offering high-quality, made-from-scratch selections without using frozen, fried, or pre-made ingredients.
Chefs Britt and Colon, with their combined 28 years of culinary experience, bring their expertise and global culinary influences to create a unique and elevated experience.
