I have been fascinated with art and photography for as long as I can remember. However, it wasn’t until college that I was able to really hone in on my craft. After being exposed to the magic and joy of bringing my work to life in the simplicity of the darkroom I knew I was hooked. I have learned that photography is more than just taking a picture. It’s capturing a moment.

I met my husband in the midst of these beautiful moments while earning my degree at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. Just a friend at the time, he agreed to model for me for a class project. I had never laughed so hard before in my life than during that shoot and he has been making me laugh ever since. I feel lucky to have the moment I started to fall in love with my husband documented forever with those pictures.

As my life grew and changed-I got married, had a baby-so has my passion for creating new stories. After the birth of my daughter, Scarlett, I was able to diversify my love for wedding photography and also telling the stories that happen after that magical day. I spend every waking hour getting each step of my daughter’s growth, and cannot wait to share the memories and photos with her when she gets older. It is my hope to not just be your photographer but to help in documenting the most important moments in your life, just as I have done for myself. I cannot imagine living my life any other way!
