MOLLY IS THE BEST! My wife and I got married in 2022 and cannot say enough PHENOMENAL things about Molly. We hand picked all of our vendors and can say they were all good but Molly was amazing. My wife and I never shot an engagement shoot before our wedding and decided to make up for that with a photo shoot during a vacation to Paris. At Molly's recommendation, we shot early in the morning starting at the Pont Alexandre bridge, moving on to capture some incredible lighting at the Louvre, and wrapping up at a small park near Notre Dame. Molly suggested the Louvre to us the morning of our shoot because she was excited by the opportunity to catch some incredible lighting she had previously scouted, and wow did she deliver. The lighting and scenery were MAGICAL and produced our favorite photos from the entire shoot (frankly, I don't know how we'll top these photos in our lifetime). If not for Molly's enthusiasm and suggestion we would have never captured this incredible moment.

My wife and I have never been in front of a camera other than at our wedding, and Molly's warm and friendly personality made us comfortable immediately. Everything about the shoot and the photos blew away our expectations. Within 5 minutes we felt like we knew Molly and she us, and everything flowed naturally from there.

The quality of Molly's photos speak for themselves, she's excellent at both color and black and white and her color palate is timeless--not too saturated, not too washed out, everything is just right. I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Molly. Working with her was one of the absolute highlights of my wedding. Molly shot both our wedding day and a pre-wedding shoot for our destination wedding in Paris, France. From day one, she really took the time to get to know us and make us feel comfortable in sharing our ideas with her. It's clear she has such an incredible eye, but still took the time to see how we envisioned our wedding day photos. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she worked side by side with our wedding planner to be sure every base was covered. She checked in periodically to see if we had any questions, or if she could be of support in anyway. Molly walked us through the planning of our pre-wedding shoot, highlighting monuments around Paris and finding ones that best fit our overall vision. She was so knowledgeable on locations and times of day to shoot that the entire thing flowed seamlessly. She was such a tremendous help in planning our day-of timeline, ensuring we were making the most of our time while still getting incredible photos. Her attention to detail is simply unmatched, and when I look back at my wedding photos I feel as if I'm reliving every moment. Molly is one of the most professional artists I have ever come across. Her calming energy along with her efficiency and time management skills took every ounce of stress off of me and allowed me to focus on my special weekend. I would truly recommend Molly to any couple looking to make their wedding day extraordinary!

Finding the perfect photographer for our wedding was at the very top of my priority list when our wedding planning began. I had a very specific aesthetic in mind, but more than that, I wanted to find someone who I'd think of as a friend (after all, they'd be spending the majority of our special day with us and capturing intimate moments shared otherwise, just between us.)

Molly was just that. Not only do we share a strong affinity for all things french, (which also coincided with the theme of our winter wedding 'A Winter Soiree') we also share an eye for specific details. Molly inherently knew which small details I'd want captured & how. Not hiring a wedding planner, Molly truly acted as my right hand (definitely taking on more than she signed up for). Being brand new to the city, I didn't know many people outside of work and family. Molly met me for un cafe and a chat whenever I requested, even if it wasn't photography related. She went above and beyond and for that we'll be forever grateful!

Our photos turned out absolutely stunning & we 'ooo & ahh' over them frequently. More than just an incredible photographer, I feel as though I found exactly what I was looking for and more, a wedding photographer & a dear friend. We recently celebrated our anniversary in Paris, and Molly met us for an anniversary shoot. It was incredible! I feel like everyone feels awkward in front of a camera but she helps you feel so at ease while capturing the most stunning photos.

We truly cannot say enough about our experience with Molly. Photos are the way you relive your most special memories and it was super important to us that the work reflected our love and wedding in the best way possible. From initial correspondence, to vendor assistance, to timeline management, to vision understanding, etc etc etc... Molly is extremely hands on, professional, talented, kind, and just gets it. We felt extremely taken care of and honestly have too many favorite photos to count! Above and beyond our expectations. We didn’t want to have to micro manage our vendors. I’ll just start by calling this a love letter to Molly Carr.

Molly is a wonderful human being and a fantastically talented photographer. Add to that empathetic, kind, extremely organized, efficient, and a wonder with light. She is a true artist.

When it came to our wedding, she was as involved as I needed her to be. She was very helpful every step of the way; available for phone calls and email exchanges ranging in topic from timelines and Pinterest-style preferences to family sensitivities and how to deal with post-wedding blues. (It can only be beneficial to know that she has been a bride herself).

She is an artist at heart, a friend at hand, and a trusted businesswoman who will miraculously capture your wedding day with a ninja-like quality where you hardly notice she’s there. (Meaning, for example, she is so respectful during the ceremony that she will capture all the moments but won’t interrupt anything).

And if, like us, you need her to stay later than planned, she will do so without a hint of fatigue or grudge.

The photos we have from this day are breathtaking. Not only did she capture the beauty of the wedding itself, but she took the time to capture the small town in all its glory so we had that memory as well. (On her own time).

After the wedding is all said and done, you have memories and photographs. The film and digital photographs she captured for us are priceless.
