Mindy Rosenberg has been the Creative Director and Owner of Mindy Rosenberg Design for the past eight years. With San Francisco's historic Flower Mart at her back door and almost a decade's worth of wide-ranging clients, she has perfected the art of floral design. Her experience also includes designing jewelry for upscale women's boutiques and one-of-a-kind pieces for individuals. Prior to designing jewelry, she gained invaluable experience in event planning as an executive in the hotel industry.

Truly Disappointing Customer Service
Mindy created truly beautiful arrangements for my wedding ceremony and reception. They were stunning, just what we discussed (and what I dreamed of), and we received so many compliments from our guests. The quality of those arrangements was five-star.

However, Mindy proved to be very difficult to work with, especially on my wedding day. My bridal bouquet arrived looking quite different than the photo Mindy shared with me after our final trial. When I told her that it wasn't exactly what I was expecting (and showed her the photo she sent me from the trial), she rolled her eyes and left to make changes -- it felt like I was asking her to move mountains. When the re-arranged bouquet came back still not looking quite right, I was at a loss of what to do. My friend's quick-thinking mother picked up my bouquet and brought it to another local florist, who rearranged it so that it looked more like the photo. Ultimately everything turned out okay, or so I thought.
I didn't see Mindy after she dropped off my bouquet a second time, nor did I hear from her after our wedding. That's why I was shocked to find that she had blocked me on instagram, all while she was sharing photos of the flowers she arranged for our wedding.
I am baffled, upset, and hurt by Mindy's behavior on my wedding day and in the weeks after. There is no question that she does beautiful work, but be prepared to endure the repercussions if you are the client who (apparently) offends her. There are plenty of florists in the Bay Area who do equally beautiful work while being much kinder to their clients.
