We planned our wedding from hundreds of miles away, but one thing we knew for sure was that we wanted Midwestern Meats to cater the reception. They were willing to work with us to find the perfect meal for our guests. We were afraid we would run out of food, but in fact ended up with way more than expected. The portions are very generous. The food was sooooo delicious and we're still getting rave reviews from our guests. At the last minute we asked them to cater the meat at our rehearsal dinner and they were up to the task. They came through for us. It was one less thing to have to worry about.
