Hiring Michael as my wedding photographer was one of the best decisions I made concerning my Wedding day. From the beginning, his responsiveness was always excellent. I live in Florida but my wedding was in the Ocho Rios area and with destination weddings being far from the location/vendors adds some anxiety. But I always felt comfortable working with him. On one of my pre-wedding trips to Jamaica I was even able to arrange a meeting with him so we could meet in person and go over expectations. I have gotten back all my photos and couldn't be happier. They look beautiful and everyone that has seen them has loved them. I love the way he captured my wedding. If you use him as your photographer you will not be disappointed!

We used Michael as our wedding photographer earlier in April. We contacted him just before Christmas and found him to respond quickly to all our emails and queries.

Once we arrived in Jamaica, we met with Michael the day before the wedding and went through what he would do on the day and where he would be which helped ease our nerves.

On the day itself, Michael arrived timely to both of our rooms as we got ready to take a few shots before hand to 'tell the story'. Michael and Damien were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. Before I walked down the aisle, I was very emotional and Michael came over to calm me down which was really nice of him.

After this point, I barely noticed Michael and Damien during the ceremony and reception - a sign of a great photographer! During our photoshoot, Michael spent a lot of time setting up the scene for each photo and checking them to make sure they looked ok.

Michael stayed longer than we asked him to so that he could capture a few extra photos for us and we were so appreciative of this! He also asked for our rings so that he could take some shots of these on their own which we never even thought of, and now that we've seen the photos - we are so glad he suggested this!

Michael sent back our photos just under three weeks after the wedding and they are amazing - we are so pleased that we went with him and for the amazing job he did! (Obviously the timing you receive your photos is dependent on how busy he is at the time!)

I would recommend Michael Chen as your wedding photographer - you won't be disappointed!

The most beautiful pictures I could have asked for! Everyone said our pictures looked straight out of a magazine shoot. Michael is always so quick to respond to emails and very friendly and personable. He gave me great wedding advice even down to details on the dress. I am so happy I chose him to be our photographer. He really captured the wedding and stayed late to take some more pictures after the wedding was over. I have never seen better quality pictures. He really knows what he's doing. I highly recommend him. You will not be let down.

Michael was fantastic! From my very first email to him until receiving the photographs I have been very happy with every aspect of Michael's service. Every email has been replied to promptly and efficiently, Michael was always on time for meetings & for the wedding! He hand-delivered my photographs to me after tracking me down within the hotel. We never felt rushed, although we only booked him for an hour, Michael made sure that we were happy with the photographs that had been taken and that we didn't want any more before he left - in all he spent much more than an hour with us! Michael is so friendly that you feel very relaxed when he is taking the photographs. The photographs that he took and supplied us with are beautiful! We are so happy with them and everyone that has seen them says what a fantastic job he has done. I am so pleased we chose Michael and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much Michael.

My pictures are beautiful, this is coming from someone who blinks / has one eye closed in at least half of all of the pictures that I am in normally. He captured such beautiful lighting in each picture. I would advise brides to schedule plenty of time for pictures, if I had a longer cocktail hour, we would have had time for more pictures.
