My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Metropolis and could not have been happier with how things turned out. We had a stress-free planning experience working with their planner, Lauren. She provided prompt, professional planning assistance prior to and during our wedding reception. Neither of us are from the Eau Claire area, so we appreciated the local recommendations she was able to provide. We had plenty of time to set up and Lauren was there to make sure everything went according to plan. We loved using the beautiful and spacious honeymoon suites for our wedding party to get ready in and it made for some great pictures! Plus, our out-of-town guests had a blast staying at the Metropolis with the water park and arcade attached.

If you are looking for a great and exceptional place to have your wedding this is the place. Samantha and Lauren went above and beyond our expectations to make sure our wedding day was perfect. We will be forever grateful for Sam and Lauren. Their eye to each detail that we wanted was done and perfect when we walked in. With a background in wedding and event planning it was hard for me to give up a task that I usually do. We were beyond wowed by the time and effort both Sam and Lauren took with us before and after to listen to every detail we wanted. Not only did they make the planning process a breeze they were very friendly and welcoming to us as a gay couple. I would without a doubt recommend not only this venue but also Sam, Lauren and the whole staff at Metropolis. Thank you all for making our day so perfect!

Great service and excellent attention to detail. Pre wedding planning with Lauren was excellent. We held our rehearsal, ceremony and reception all at metropolis. Lauren was with us throughout it all and was so helpful in the coordination of the logistics of the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Lauren worked with the photographer and dj to coordinate all the behind the scenes details. The hotel staff were all very nice throughout the resort. High marks from us across the board

We were so happy with our choice to have our wedding at Metropolis Resort. We had several planning meetings and communication was excellent at all stages of planning. The experience was so easy for us and our families as Metropolis provided dinner and bar, decorated our reception, and coordinated with our baker and DJ on the day of. We got a lot of compliments on the food and we felt like it was a very good value. One of the best parts of my entire day was walking into the reception and seeing all of the decorations set up just the way we had wanted them by the Metropolis staff. We still get great feedback from guests who loved the convenience of staying in the hotel and visiting the attractions.

Tiffany and the entire team at Metropolis was absolutely AMAZING. I could have not asked for a better group of people to help plan my wedding, and also the energy they put into the last minute change of plans due to the rain! I felt NO stress, and they took care of EVERYTHING. It was beautiful, the guests of the wedding could not say enough about the staff. They were so helpful for the entire planning process, up until the very end. Would not hesitate to hold ANY event there in the future and will be recommending it to anyone who asks about a wedding venue!

Tiffany was fantastic with everything for us on our wedding day. She steered us in the direction of our DJ and photographer whom we enjoyed working with immensely!! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and when we would ask about things that were already discussed, she was quite patient and professional to ensure we had everything we needed. Her and the staff at Metropolis went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect!

Our ceremony was supposed to be at an outdoor venue but when the big day came, so did big storms!! Luckily my bridal party and I were staying at The Metropolis so were in constant contact with Tiffany while we decided if we should indeed move the ceremony indoors. Tiffany, was AMAZING - she made it clear, no matter what, she and the team would give 100% to make our day spectacular. They did!! We moved the ceremony into the reception room... it wasn't my outdoor choice, but it was still spectacular; the "aisle" runner, the lighting, the ambiance overall, we could have asked for nothing better! I kind of wish we could do it again! It was well worth the money!!

From start to finish, Tiffany Thompson was there to help us plan our wedding in just months. They let us bring in trees and logs into the venue and accommodated so many different areas for us. We got so many compliments on how fun and beautiful our wedding was. They even set up and tare down and all things that need to be changed between the ceremony and dance. They made our day easy and stress free and everything we wanted!
