We chose Metro 67 for our wedding and reception because we wanted a very "Memphis" wedding, and there's nothing more Memphis than a view of the Mississippi river, the bridge and a stunning sunset over the water in the background! We rented the rooftop and found it very spacious and affordable. The building is located at the corner of Front and Madison, so there's nothing impeding your view of the river. We held our ceremony and then flipped the space for the reception immediately following. The rooftop holds about 200; we ended up with about 100-120 total guests and we had a lot of seating (tables and chairs) with PLENTY of room left over. Metro 67 has several nice spaces from which to choose, and they're an old converted bank building so you can get those "vault" pictures in the basement without the high price tag of other venues. The only reason I did not give them full 5 stars is that they are a condo building that rents space, not a rental venue (big difference). They will answer your questions and help you out where possible, but you are responsible for putting everything together. They do not provide tables, chairs, linens, planning services, etc. We also had to provide the physical labor for all set-up day of. But the good thing about this is you can bring in any vendors you like. That said, the staff was VERY flexible, they worked with us and our vendors every step of the way, and our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more! If you're looking for a beautiful rooftop in downtown Memphis, this is a great option.
