I cannot recommend Mercedes enough! Like many brides, I was very nervous to get my makeup done because I wanted to feel and look like myself. Mercedes was incredibly kind, organized and professional throughout my entire experience with her. She eased my anxiety prior to my trial and wedding. The makeup lasted and stayed perfect for 12+ hours for myself and bridal party. Her instagram is a great representation of her work. If you have a Mother of the Bride and/or Mother of the Groom getting their makeup done and they are concerned, you can reassure them that Mercedes can work with any skin type at any age. She was a great addition to getting ready in the Bridal Suite because she brings a calming and kind energy. I am so thankful for her.

I was lucky enough to book Mercedes to do my makeup on my wedding day. Now anyone who is preparing for their wedding knows that good makeup is pretty much a HUGE part of the day because you want to feel beautiful and you want to love all of your photos and feel your best - thats a lot of pressure! My wedding was in the middle of nowhere in a teeny tiny town (im from los angeles and work with celeb makeup artists all the time) so I was really nervous about finding someone who was talented lol. Then I found Mercedes and I wish she lived in my state so I could take her with me everywhere. She is SO sweet and so kind and VERY talented, I have literally never felt more beautiful in my entire life. I wanted my makeup to feel glam but still natural feeling, and still feel like me, and it was exactly what I wanted. It didn't feel cakey or overdone, and this makeup went through the true test - RAIN. On my wedding day it POURED rain (and it was a fully outdoor wedding) and we took a ton of photos outside in the rain throughout the day, I cried happy tears through my ceremony and throughout the wedding, and at the end of the night my makeup was still FLAWLESS. I didn't even need to touch up my lipstick the entire night and we ate ramen and burgers for dinner! like what is this magic?! I can't recommend Mercedes enough. If you're lucky enough to book her, don't wait. she's the best!

Mercedes was absolutely amazing to work with! She is so talented, I couldn’t of asked for a better makeup artist on my wedding day. VERY last minute I had a BM want her make up done and Mercedes was so sweet about it and ensured her make up was done prior to photos. Great experience!

Mercedes is just amazing! Her makeup artistry is beautiful and her vibes are awesome! I eloped to Oregon, just my husband and I, so I was a little nervous to be “alone” during the “getting ready process” but I tell you what,..those nerves disappeared when Mercedes and Paige (hair) (and my photographer) were there with me. They were so easy to talk to and they made the morning so fun! Mercedes made me feel beautiful and delivered just the look I was going for! I would recommend Mercedes to anyone and everyone!
