Jan was absolutely wonderful. I have no issues with her or her service, she is responsive and not only a fantastic videographer but very helpful during the event when she can be of assistance.

I am very pleased with the videography provided by Memories by Jan for my July 2011 wedding at Starved Rock Lodge. The final dvd captured the wedding and reception wonderfully and reflected the requests we made, such as to get specific moments and footage of the band. On the day of the wedding she was flexible about candid filming, and being very familiar with Starved Rock weddings, needed little to no direction. Finally, Memories by Jan is an excellent value. It was very affordable to get quality video of both the ceremony and the reception. I highly recommend this service.
