Listen, you know the stats & they aren't pretty, 50% of all marriages in the USA will end in divorce. I am on a mission to empower couples from the very beginning of their conscious container with the tools they need to keep & maintain a thriving, partnership!
This relationship transformation journey is a combination of gentle trauma release paired with empowerment tools in each session. I sprinkle in tantric wisdom and practices allowing you to see each other eye to eye, soul to soul. I also contribute with my lived experience in an integrated, thriving, passionate relationship of 24 years (and that's with FOUR kids)!
I help couples weave together a vibrant tapestry of soulful communication, deep somatic healing and sexual discovery in a 5 month coaching container. After 650+ hours of live trainings, lectures, workshops ranging in topics from LGBTQ+, Anti-Racism, Trauma, Stress-Cycles and Emotional Responses to Pelvic Floor Anatomy and over *215 hours* of supervised practicum work including a deep dive into modern neuroscience, relationship transformation, men's sexuality and tantra I can't wait to share what I have learned!
