Located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Meditations Weddings & Events is an outdoor wedding venue situated just outside of the Stillwater city limits. For the convenience of betrothed hosts and their guests, a free shuttle service is provided for those within a mile radius of the property. This venue supports ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners.

Facilities and Capacity

The courtyard at Meditations Weddings & Events is attached to a 7,000-square-foot interior space. Inside, couples and their guests can access restrooms, a bar, and a coat closet. There is an attached changing room for the wedding party as well as an installed soundproof wall for smaller functions. The entire facility can accommodate between 10 and 250 guests. With a half-acre of courtyard space, there are plenty of ceremony and reception setups that can be enacted on these grounds. Inclimate weather is no problem as the entire event can be transitioned to the interior space as needed.

Services Offered

Couples and their guests will be able to enjoy full-service bar options, including wine, spirits, and beer. These services are available both on-site and off, meaning that couples holding occasions elsewhere can also benefit from the cocktail connoisseurs. Any celebration can be spiced up with in-house catering as well. Meditations Weddings & Events offers couples the opportunity to create their menu with a chef. When placing off-site orders, headcount can number up to 1,000. Add-ons like frozen drink machines, champagne fountains, a grand piano, or other details may be purchased if desired. All of this venue’s wedding services are customizable and can be discussed with the event staff. Packages may include setup and cleanup, staffing, linens, audiovisual equipment, chairs, lighting, and a microphone. Other services can be discussed with the coordinator.
