Maykell is great! He does all of our family photos and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I don't even know where to begin, MAYKELL IS AWESOME! We had our engagement and wedding photos done with him. He makes photo shoots so much fun and enjoyable, I feel like we laughed the entire time. He is so creative and has so many cool ideas. We even had our dog in both shoots, and he captured her perfectly. :) All of the photos turned out SO wonderful. I can't even count how many people who were at the wedding commented on how great he was. Everyone that sees our photos can't believe how great they are, and asks who we had as our photographer. Maykell was so accommodating with our busy schedules and so easy to work with. We began to run late the day of our wedding, and he was so good about switching times around and working with what we had. Maykell has an eye for capturing special moments. He is a loving, compassionate, and fun person and it is evident as soon as you meet him! It shows how much he truly loves his job, and wow is he talented. All I can say is we would choose Maykell over and over again! We 100% recommend Maykell and his team!!

We used Maykell for our engagement and wedding photos and he went above and beyond on our wedding day! Some of our time for pictures got rained out on our wedding day and he generously offered to take more for us after the day! I would definitely recommend Maykell because he has reasonable prices and he goes above and beyond with quality!

I have no words to express my gratitude to Maykell!!! We struggled to find the right photographer for our special day, and then Maykell came along. I was blown away by his friendliness and his desire to truly capture the moment. I was not ready for our engagement session and maybe even not comfortable, but he was able to truly relax me and make me genuinely laugh! I knew then that our wedding day was going to amazing! I originally met Maykell when he was shooting my friend's wedding in September 2016. He told me, then, "I'm going to work with you one day! I swear!" I had to laugh, but I knew he was being sincere. He contacted me a few months later, asking if I would help him out with a workshop he was doing in downtown Dublin - where he would be instructing and giving tips & tricks to other photographers. I had never been a "model" before but I have to say, he made it so fun! His creativity, positive energy and fun-loving attitude are everything you would want in a photographer. Since then, my husband and I have had another photoshoot with Maykell and he did not disappoint! He did his research, looked up my personal Pinterest boards for ideas on what I wanted, and he made it all come to life! He is very accommodating, he answers any questions you may have in a timely manner and he is very professional. I highly recommend Maykell! We look forward to many more photo opportunities with him.

Maykell was very accommodating to our preferences. He was also insightful with ideas of his own. He genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our photos and we also now see him as a friend rather than just our wedding photographer!

We originally had another man lined up to do our photography and he had to cancel for family matters. Our previous photographer gave us Maykell's information and luckily everything worked out. He was very welcoming and from the get go it was apparent that he wanted to make our special day perfect. He wanted to catch every moment possible. His prices were very comparable to others we looked at. He included an engagement session, which turned out great! We were originally expecting rain so we got our rain gear and the shoot ended up being a beautiful day. When we heard it was going to rain a few nights later maykell contacted us and we were able to go get the rainy photos we were hoping for. It was a blast! Maykell has an eye for something different, something creative, something to make his clients happy! He gets to know his clients and does his work figuring out how to give them what they want in their sessions. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be using him in the future!

Maykell Araica did a wonderful job as our wedding photographer. He traveled over 400 miles to be at our wedding! We are happy with all of our photos, he did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. All photos were provided to us edited and in a digital format so that we could create as many copies as we needed (this may have changed in the last few years). He was very flexible with taking photos of the pre-wedding preparations, wedding ceremony and receptions. We were pleased with his service and promptness in returning the photos to us. I highly recommend him! His eye for photography is a natural gift that continues to develop and grow with each year. If you are looking for a photographer that is reasonably priced with a wonderful personality (gets along with all ages!) then you will want to consider choosing Maykell Araica photography!
