DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! We have been scammed. Jaron had awesome communication before and even the day of the wedding. We got our 2 min teaser about a month after the wedding and have not heard from him since. I have emailed, called and text with no response. I just don’t understand why you would do the work just to scam in the end. Looking at pursuing legal action if I do not receive some communication soon!

1. There are so many fake reviews on this. Sort them by wedding date and look (there are many 5 stars that are in the future - LOL)
2. My wife and I hired "jaron" aka "Fizer films" aka "Fizer Wedding Films" aka "Masterful Wedding Films" to do our wedding on 1/19/2020. Our contract said we would have a small sneak peek within a few weeks and a full film a couple months after. Needless to say, we still have no film and are $800 out of pocket. He did provide us hundreds of 10second clips...which we can't show anyone easily. He will not answer calls, emails, texts, or messages through websites. In fact, he has insulted many people that have contacted us via his facebook page.
3. STAY AWAY and LOOK AT THE FAKE REVIEWS.

I hired Jaron for my wedding in January 2020. Leading up to the wedding, he was professional and communicated. He filmed my wedding day after arriving late. I paid him in full the next day as expected. The contract stated we would receive our teaser with 3-5 business days of our wedding on January 19th. It has been 10.5 months. We still do not have the teaser, the highlight video, or the full 30-40 minute video as promised. I have not been able to reach this company for MONTHS. I have lost my money and the greatest memory of my life. This is a scam. Do not hire this "professional".

Jaron, if you are reading this. I WANT MY WEDDING VIDEO NOW. Or we will have to pursue this in court.

I found Jaron "Ron" Fizer Wedding Films on another website. He was in contact with me almost immediately after reaching out to him. I read his reviews & watched his videos & thought we found a great person. Our coordinator & myself were in contact with him 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding. He was a NO SHOW on the wedding day! We have yet to be able to contact him. I thought I had done everything right checking him out, but apparently not! We were devastated that someone could be so dishonest! I hope this saves someone else the heartache that he caused us! What a horrible person!

I am writing this review to warn people of Jaron (Ron) Fizer of Masterful Wedding Films! My daughter’s wedding was November 23, 2019. As of today, September 21, 2020, we still do not have her Wedding video. This guy is a scammer! He takes your money for the wedding video and does not produce a wedding video. I am so heartbroken! This is suppose to be one of the most important days of your life, your Wedding day! There are numerous brides that are going thru the same thing with this guy! We have a support group on messenger! He has taken from us and approx 20 more brides as well! I am getting ready to go to a lawyer and file a letter to pursue “Action” against him! All I wanted was my daughter’s wedding video! I don’t understand how he can take and steal from so many people. This is so heartbreaking! Pls don’t book this guy as your videographer! He has already been reported to the BBB and the FTC as well! Again, I am so heartbroken because of the pain he has caused to us and many more brides.

PLEASE PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Seriously I think the positive ones are fake...it's been 6+ months since my friend's wedding and she STILL has not received her video or a refund (despite paying in full!). There is a group message consisting of MULTIPLE other girls he has done this to as well!! Horrible, horrible scammer. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Use a reputable videographer that will document your special day and actually has some integrity.

Unless you're looking to blow a bunch of money and time DO NOT use Masterful Wedding Films. The only thing "masterful" about this company is how great they are at being unprofessional and scamming people. My sister has yet to receive her wedding film and she's about to celebrate her one year anniversary. You don't want to be one of the MANY brides that have been scammed so do yourself a favor and find someone else who can make your day memorable for only the good things. Some where out there is a support group of ladies who have fallen trap to this "masterful" company, try to avoid membership.

Back in December of 2019 our family gave us a gift of a Videographer and that was with Fizer Wedding Films or "Masterful Wedding Films" whichever business name he wants to use. Sadly to say the excitement to have our wedding film has gone away and Fizer Wedding Films or "Masterful Wedding Films" has been a true disappointment. It has been close to 5 months after our wedding and we still have not received our full wedding film. We have been more than patient with Ron Fizer or Jaron Watkins or Ron Watkins, which ever name he goes by, over the past months. But it has been excuse after excuse with little to NO communication on his part! To begin with everything was great with communication, but almost 2 weeks before our wedding Jaron Watkins went MIA. With numerous texts, phone calls and emails from my sister and me a full week went by with silence. After contacting Thumbtack and freezing his account is when we finally heard back from him. It was full of excuses, but we were VERY understanding and continued our services. Everything was great on the day of the wedding, besides being in the way a lot of the time with photography. But it was after our beautiful day that the trouble began. With in his contract we were to receive a teaser film with in 8 business days. I had to reach out to him on March 27th, 15 business days after our wedding, to ask for our teaser. It was given to me on March 31st with clips of the wedding, 4 days after emailing him. I politely thanked him and said it looked great and even mentioned that I knew how crazy times are right now! With in Fizer Films or "Masterful Wedding Films" contract we were suppose to receive our full wedding film within 2 calendar months. It has been close to 5 calendar months now and we still have not been given our film! As a person who has also worked in the wedding industry for 10 years, this kind of service is unexceptable and upsetting. We have been more than patient and understanding with Fizer Films or "Masterful Wedding Films" and we have the emails to prove that, but we are done being patient and kind. I will not let me families hard earned money go to waste and won't let anyone go through the same thing that we are going through! There is so much more to add to this crazy time line that it's to much to write. The last note I will leave about speaking directly with Ron Fizer or Jaron Watkins or Ron Watkins is that he is unwilling to complete his contract! My husband contacted him over to weeks ago asking if we could have our wedding film and he offered nothing but excuses again, but he said himself said give him 2 weeks and he'll either have our film or give our money back (he was the one to mention this not us). It has been 2 weeks and 4 days since then and my husband spoke with him yesterday and the film is still not finished and he requested 2 more days, my husband politely said that he just doesn't trust his word, why should we really, and then Ron or Jaron lost his cool and hung the phone up on my husband and has not been heard from since. We received our teaser several weeks after our wedding. It was beautiful and Ron did a great job.

It’s been over 6 months and we are still waiting on our video. We regret hiring Fizer Wedding films, now Masterful Wedding Films. Ron Watkins took on too many weddings and has a long list of films to complete. He will no longer communicate With us regarding when he will provide our 40min film.

We hired Jaron the week of the wedding as my future mother in law was unable to come to our wedding in September. We begged for months for the footage. He promised Christmas, beginning of January, very soon, etc. We were so upset when my mother in law passed in January, unable to see the footage from our wedding. He finally gave us the raw footage and then stopped all communication.

We just want our 40min film or a return of money for the hassle and how much grief this has caused. I’m sure there’s so many more stories similar to ours. Don’t make the same mistake.
