Massive Grass

Massive Grass was perfect for our ceremony and cocktail hour music! We knew we wanted live music at some point during the day but a DJ was right for our reception vibe, so we went with them for the first part of our wedding. They were a hit with everyone from our friends to our older family members! They went out of their way to learn a particular song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, and it went perfectly. They were responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend them!

We first saw Massive Grass when they performed at our best friend's wedding in 2014. We immediately knew we wanted them to play our wedding. We hired Massive Grass to play as our guests were seated and throughout the cocktail hour. We had also hired a DJ. The DJ was to play through the ceremony, dinner and reception... well the DJ did not show on the wedding day. In an effort to save the night, Massive Grass kindly agreed to play for the entire night instead of the few hours we originally planned (Talk about flexible!?). They played as the wedding party entered which was not the original plan but it was SO beautiful and even better than what was planned. All of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed the band and how fun they were. Some even saying "You know I typically don't like Blue Grass but they were different... they were AWESOME!" They rolled with the punches and stepped up to the plate when we needed them the most. You will not be disappointed by using Massive Grass at your next event. They are so much fun and even more talented! We are so very grateful that they were such an important part of our special day!!

We hired Massive Grass for our daughters pre-wedding party on Topsail. They were awesome! Ages at our party ages ranged between 2 and 80 and everyone was either singing, dancing or foot stopping!! Great band, great guys!!
