Marblegate Farm, just 25 minutes from downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, invites couples to celebrate their wedding on its stunning estate. Sprawling across over 200 acres of luscious green farmland, and complemented by breathtaking waterfront views, this venue creates an elegant backdrop for couples on their big day. With a history dating back over 70 years to Tennessee's marble industry, this venue has limitless options for couples planning their wedding. From large celebrations to intimate gatherings, couples can celebrate their special day in the peaceful expanse, comfortable in the knowledge that Marblegate Farm staff will strive not only to meet their needs but exceed their expectations.

Facilities and Capacity

Comprising a farmhouse and barn, horse-grazing pastures, gardens, and a boathouse with lakefront docks, couples can celebrate their day with up to 400 guests. Multiple get-ready suites allow the pair to relax with their parties while they prepare for the day's events. Spaces can be air-conditioned or heated depending on the couple's desires so that every guest can celebrate the day in comfort. The venue can staff the on-site bar and offer an array of drinks options, ensuring there is something on offer for everyone. Not just for the wedding day itself, nearly-weds can get a taste of what's to come with the option to host the engagement party, showers, and rehearsal dinner at Marblegate Farm too.

Services Offered

The staff at Marblegate Farm take the lead on setup and clean-up of the provided Chiavari chairs, tables, decor, drapery, and all other furnishings. Flatware and glassware can also be provided for the day. Parking is available at the venue, with parking attendants for up to 150 guests. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and staff and golf carts are available throughout the day to transport guests between locations on the estate for comfort and convenience. Marblegate Farm's event planner is available to help the happy couple with all those big decisions and finishing touches, to ensure their day is perfect and uniquely theirs.

Best venue! Extremely supportive!

We had so much help from the marblegate team. I was able to drop off my decor and they did all the set up and take down, they took us around the property in cars and golf carts to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted. It rained so much on my wedding day and they put together a beautiful indoor ceremony with a quick flip to the reception. The bridal suite is beyond gorgeous and we were able to utilize the beautiful farmhouse for wedding pictures. I had the wedding of my dreams and my groom and our families were completely happy with the venue we chose. I would definitely recommend marblegate to everyone!!

Absolutely Beautiful

Marblegate Farms was the most beautiful venue I could have dreamed of. We got married on 12/11, and the little Christmas touches around the farm gave it an extra special touch. Cheryl and Catherine were so great to work with. There was a bad storm the day of, so we had to change the ceremony location. That’s what was so remarkable about it here is that we had the entire place to ourselves so we had those extra options to choose from. The farmhouse where the girls got ready was adorable, and the barn where the reception took place made it feel like a real southern wedding. I’m so happy looking back at the pictures to see how amazing the venue looked.

Like No Place Else

Once you’ve toured Marblegate Farm you simply can’t imagine getting married anywhere else. Even in the wintertime this place is absolutely gorgeous. I (the Bride) was sold on the fact that you can use the entire grounds on your wedding day, meaning there is plenty of room to have all of your closest family around you as you get ready, from the spacious 2-story farmhouse for the girls to the boathouse for the boys. It was also one of the only venues I found that could accommodate an indoor ceremony and reception for 150+ people while still creating totally separate spaces, meaning you don’t have to worry about the weather or look at your reception tables during the ceremony. A permanent outdoor tent (recent addition) and outdoor fireplace make for a cozy “cocktail” hour no matter the season. Marblegate’s staff was professional and fast, flipping the ceremony space to a reception in record time. I also can’t say enough about Cheryl, the venue coordinator, who was a pleasure from the tour to the wedding day. It is so fun to listen to her talk about the history of the venue, and she is invaluable when it comes to recommending vendors, keeping a detailed plan/calendar, and keeping everyone calm and collected. She definitely has it down to a science. Marblegate will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

The Most Beautiful Wedding Venue in Knoxville

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at Marblegate Farm for our wedding in November. It is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Knoxville, hands down, and we are so glad we chose to have it here. All of our family and friends had so many great things to say about it afterward. The Cobble family is so nice and accommodating. I would highly suggest taking a tour of Marblegate Farm before you book anywhere else. You will probably fall in love with it.

We LOVE Marblegate farm! Cheryl and her amazing team are the best! We always felt at home at Marblegate. We took our engagement photos and my bridal portraits there ahead of time. Our wedding was beautiful, and EVERYONE complimented the venue.

We fell in love with Marblegate Farm as soon as we pulled through the front gate. Cheryl is the best event manager and leaves you feeling stress free! We would get married here over and over again if we could! This is the best venue in Knoxville!

An absolute DREAM come true!

Marblegate Farm is an absolute dream come true! We booked our date over a year and a half out, as we lived out of state, and Cheryl was a dream to work with all that time. She was always available to chat and quick to respond to emails. She also was more than happy to let us come back and see the property every time we were in town. On the day of the wedding, Cheryl and her staff were so accommodating and helpful, the day went so smoothly because of them! I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful place to get married!!!
