Facilities and Capacity

This beautiful church, that contests the cluttered New York City skyline with its tall spire and plain brickwork, provides an astounding place for your big moment. The clock tower, arched openings, and cone-shaped stone structures combine to create an old-fashioned space that catches the eye among the city’s modernity. From the outside at street level you can make your way towards the main doors as you stroll up a short series of steps. The elegant main entryway provides a stunning entrance through gold-tinted doors as you pass under a beautifully designed lunette above the doorway.

Inside the main Sanctuary, there are traditional pews available for the wedding party to sit (up to 850 in fact), take in the ceremony and get comfortable as the magical moment unfolds before their eyes. Stained glass windows, alcove lighting, and colorful flooring complements the dark wood decor. The happy couple can stand in front of the altar as they exchange rings and vows. Up on the elevated platform at the front of the church, there is space for musicians to set up and perform.

Labyrinth Room offers space for 80 guests. A simple and elegant space, the circular floor design, tea lights, and floral decorations make it ideal for a more low-key affair

The Chapel is the next largest venue - and it can accommodate 60 guests, which is perfect for an intimate setting. Complete with a piano, you can be serenaded as you are joined in matrimony.

Peale Parlor (25-guest capacity), Children’s Chapel (10 guests), and Prayer Room (10 guests) are the other smaller spaces available at Marble Collegiate College.

Marble Collegiate Church has a wedding coordinator who can assist you with your planning needs so that your celebration turns out the way you have envisioned it would. They are able to connect you with officiants to join you and your significant other in matrimony. Indeed, these officiants are available to perform premarital counseling sessions for the couple of honor. The coordinator can also guide you through a rehearsal ceremony as well as being there the day-off to help with the venue’s setup, including offering advice on not to use flash photography, confetti, flowers that mark the mahogany, and some other minor restrictions.
