Love love love

All I can say is wow! Julie out did herself on my wedding day! It was one of those worst case scenerios where it started down pouring at the exact moment you walk down the aisle, along with some thunder and lightning. No biggie! With the rain, thunder and lighting she still got all the candids and all the posed pictures we could want! They are amazing quality, and I love them. Julie worked well with our crazy wedding party. Thank you Julie for your amazing job! I highly recommend having Julie shoot your wedding day!

Above and beyond

Julie was amazing. From our first phone call, to our first meeting straight through to our wedding day. She was there every step of the way. Pitching in, offering recommendations and just being there when I needed her! Our photos were amazing and she captured the feelings of the day! I have recommended to everyone I know getting married!

I can't even begin to describe how grateful we are to have found Julie. She is about the sweetest person I have met and while everything that could have gone wrong with our elopement went wrong, Julie remained the constant calm during the storm. We haven't received all the wedding photos just yet but in the ones we have seen, she managed to capture our relationship perfectly. Julie remained in contact with me while the wedding was approaching and even came up with a plan B for us since the weather took a turn and ruined a lot of our plans. She also gave us a very thoughtful wedding gift that we were not expecting at all! So happy we found her!

We used Julie at Maple Leaf Photography for our wedding photos this fall. We couldn’t be any happier with how everything came out. We expected they would turn out nice but what she gave us was above and beyond our expectations. I just love our wedding pictures!! She has a way of getting two very non-photogenic people to look great! That really does take talent. We really enjoyed her personality and willingness to go the extra mile. We got married on top of a mountain and even though she had a bad ankle she made the hike anyways! We also got a really nice, personalized thumb drive with all our photos. Also, her price was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend her!

I hired to Julie off a recommendation from a friend. From start to finish she was there for me. Our first meeting was over a glass of wine. I felt like I was meeting up with an old friend (she even picked up the tab). She offered us a free engagement session that my fiancé was totally reluctant to do, but he went and had a great time. She made it fun! On our wedding day, she arrived an hour early, she told me she wanted to make sure she didn’t leave anything out. She not only was our photographer, but was there to help with every detail we managed to forget. The photos she captured were amazing. She didn’t miss one special moment! I would recommend her to anyone.

Julie has done our family photoshoots for years and when we became engaged in 2014, there was no question who our wedding photographer would be. She is patient, kind, artistic and professional. I recommend Julie to as many people as I possibly can, and couldn't be happier with the photos she took for us. She has a way of capturing photos that evoke such raw emotion and true expression. She truly is the best.

Julie was amazing! She flew to NC to capture my, what was supposed to be beach wedding, but turned into a monsoon. It didn't matter though because she quickly adapted to the situation and took control! She was wonderful with everyone in my wedding party. Making us laugh when we wanted to cry. She kept everything light and fun. I would recommend her to everyone!

Julie provided us with great photos from an engagement shoot and our wedding. We had some issues feeling like Julie did not respect our boundaries with difficult family members.
