We found my wedding ring at Mandarin Jewelry. They have many unique pieces at this small store, and we definitely got much more for our money than if we'd gone to a traditional big box jewelry store. I receive constant compliments on my beautiful ring! We will definitely be using them again for jewelry purchases.

The owner Gary was so unfriendly and didn't seem to have time. Just wanted to rush me into a purchase for something I could get somewhere else at a better price and better quality. He's just a straight asshole and he'll tell you so when you call him that.

HORRIBLE. STEER CLEAR.
We had a loose diamond that we wanted to put into a setting. We ended up ordering a band and a head. Vicci, one of the owners, didn't even have 10 minutes to spare with us regarding what we wanted. When the diamond was set in the 6 prong head ONLY TWO of the prongs were touching the diamond AND the diamond was LOPSIDED! We wanted a specific design on the band that they promised they could do... It ended up looking like it had been dropped in a garbage disposal. Obviously Gary, another owner (Vicci's husband) had NO CLUE what he was doing! I was so angry that I didn't even want to bother taking the ring back to Mandarin Jewelry, I didn't want it to be in the hands of people I did not trust. My husband, after picking the ring up, felt so uncomfortable with them that he took the ring to a different jeweler to ensure the diamond was real. It was a treacherous experience. For your own good, stay away. We ended up taking the ring to another jeweler (NOT a pawn shop like Mandarin Jewelry) and they made it look fantastic. Awful experience! I can't say this enough, stay away!
