I highly recommend Makeup by Alexa! She is by far the most talented makeup professional. I was an out of state bride. Alexa made it so easy from the inquiry, to hiring her, to getting a gorgeous makeover the day of my wedding. I also recommend the airbrush makeup, it was my first time getting it and I loved it. All my ladies were so impressed by Alexa's talent and loved how they looked. Makeup by Alexa is top quality at a really affordable price, and her services are completely customizable.

Alexis was truly wonderful! She was professional but yet very personable as well. She made myself and my bridal party feel very special and helped keep us calm! My husband and I decided to elope in a more rural part of Montana and our photographer recommended Alexa. From the start of our conversations I had a good feeling about her. Her prices were completely reasonable and she was so flexible and friendly from the start. I almost thought she was too good to be true but she was all of that and more. Not only was I so happy with the outcome of my makeup, but in general she was such a positive addition to our wedding day. She listened to what I wanted and was happy to tweak it as much as I’d like. I’m not typically a makeup wearer and I’ve had questionable experiences with getting my makeup done, but I would absolutely recommend Alexa to anyone. Alexa was incredible for me on my big day. I normally don't wear a lot of makeup and was very nervous about not looking natural at my wedding. After expressing this concern with Alexa, she was so helpful and caring towards this worry of mine. We did a trial together and my nerves about my makeup IMMEDIATELY went away. I was also very nervous about the tears on the day ruining my makeup, but she gave me so many helpful tips and tricks to avoid this and keep the makeup lasting throughout the long day (and it totally did)! Alexa is so kind and was constantly encouraging me, calming my nerves, and complimenting me. Because of her intentionality, she was always checking on me and my emotions too. Her energy in the bridal suite as we were all getting ready was PERFECT! She was so fun, energetic, and positive. Not every vendor out in the wedding planning world will prioritize so many different aspects of the getting ready and prep time, but Alexa did and it had such a positive impact on my day. Alexa was so wonderful for my wedding. I’ve been both a bridesmaid and a bride for her and both times she did a phenomenal job. She was comfortable creating a look for me without a trial and she crushed it! Each of my bridesmaids loved their looks as well! She even did ‘makeup’ on my 3 year old flower girl that wanted to be like the rest of us!

As a person who wears little to no makeup, I was hesitant about getting my wedding makeup done and finding the right makeup artist. Not only was Alexa great to work with (flexible, communicative), but she understood exactly what I was after and helped create a simple and natural look.
