I valeted this evening at an event in Huntsville, AL and Magic City Parking was the parking vendor. The valets were all so polite and super professional. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs parking services.

Don’t hire this company! They don’t even show up and refuse to refund you. I’ve reported them to the BBB. Looks like I’m not the only one.

We had a wedding reception in Highland Park, Birmingham at Clubhouse on Highland. I confirmed with the owner of Magic City Parking on the phone 2 months prior and the week of the event (received an email confirming the date/time 5 days prior to the event itself). They never showed up. I have tried to get a refund for over a month now and have had no success. Be careful using them.
