We celebrate our wedding reception last month here at Madrid’s Ballroom. We in fact enjoyed every minute of it! We and our guest did not want the evening to end. My husband and I wished we booked for the extra hour.

I did feel coming up to our wedding date quickly approaching conversations were getting pressed last minute and questions were not getting responses until days after the fact. Which if you ever planned a big party all the small things end up adding up towards the end. So I do feel simple communication practice would of greatly been appreciated.

In previous experience in other ballrooms, I did love how the staff served the guests with the drinks and food, during the dinner hour. It kept the ballroom looking elegant. versus all the guest getting up to line up for their dinner plate or having them to gather their own plates for clean-up.

The staff was great, you can tell they were there to be attentive to everyone’s needs and requests.

When it came down to my husband and I to cut the cake. I made sure him and I cut the bottom of our cake. Thinking the staff knew to save the top of the tier of our cake for us to keep to take home. Disappointed to say they cut into the top of the 3-tier cake instead of saving it for us.😕

The moments we did met with Mr. Madrid he was nothing but helpful to our needs and requests we greatly appreciate how he came through for us on our special day, THANK YOU❤️
