All of our flowers were ready on time. We were even able to pick up half on one day, and the other half the day of the wedding. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They had great recommendations for which flowers would compliment one another. They were a pleasure to work with, and the flowers are beautiful!

Madeline's did a wonderful job with our flowers! They were so thorough throughout the whole process checking all details and information with me to ensure everything was correct. The flowers were so unique and look amazing. I wasn't really sure what i wanted but they really helped me find the best fit for my wedding!

They helped mediate between my ideas and my mother-in-law's ideas. They let me choose the flowers but still made her feel like she had control. The arrangements were beautiful!

Truthfully I almost forgot about getting flowers. I wanted a "no flowers" wedding. I ordered a silk bouquet to keep forever. But at the last minute I realized I needed mother's wrist corsages and boutonnieres for the men. I was able to make a quick purchase with what I wanted and picked up the day of the wedding. I ordered roses and they were much bigger than I thought they would be! As far as value? I didn't price other shops, but most are going to be expensive for wedding flowers.

I felt that the final results of my bouquet were not what I asked for. We ended up clipping out tons of greenery right before I walked down the aisle. However, their prices were much more reasonable than other florists.

I purchased a flower crown and bouquet from this floral shop. The employee I talked with about my flower crown asked me to e-mail her a reference photo I showed her for my flower crown and so I did. Well, come the wedding day, the crown looked nothing like the one I e-mailed her. In fact, I hated it. Good thing my mother picked it up early so we had time to go back and get it re-done. She was very understanding about it, and was quick to fix the crown. But, I am led to believe she never even looked at my e-mail with a specific reference photo and instructions! It honestly stressed me out so much. But, it ended up being beautiful and my bouquet was perfect, too! Although, I think my mom had to have them fix the bouquet when she picked it up as well, because they added greenery in it and she specifically said no greenery. There was also greenery on my flower crown which we also had to have them take out. Overall, they were very easy to work with and very nice. Not once did they seem bitter about our pickiness and having to re-do the bouquet and crown. It ended up very well. I just think maybe the pricing was a little too high considering the amount of flowers in my bouquet and flower crown. $65-75 for my crown which literally had only 1 peonie, and 2 tiny roses, and a tiny amount of baby's breath, with ribbons draped in the back in place of a veil. $185 for my bouquet which had 1 peonie and maybe 6 roses and baby's breath.

If I could go back with what I know now, I would NEVER have booked with them! It was horrible. My first meeting with them was fantastic, I was excited to work with them and was very impressed with the cost. However, getting what you pay for is perfect for my issue. A few weeks prior to my wedding I received my final email from them with the outline of our order... it was so wrong it wasn't even funny. We scheduled an appointment to go back in and discuss the issues. We had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m. We arrived at 9:45 and our appointment didn't begin until just after 11 a.m. with very little apology or anything, we did get an eye-roll from an employee when we asked if we should just come back. Once we finally started we went through everything, corrected the issues and I gave images, I thought we were good...nope. After that, a few days later I got an email with the updated order. It was wrong. We called and changed things at lease four times before they FINALLY got the order right. They would take off items that we didn't even discuss. And they do not respond to emails at all. The day of the wedding the flowers arrived and I was ticked. They looked so tacky and not what I had in mind at all. I told them I wanted everything ivory no white and instead no ivory and all white. The flowers were in good condition, although half of them were just buds and had not bloomed, my artificial flowers in my center pieces looked better, but it was nothing like I wanted or told them what I wanted. We also order several wristlets, what they call Cha-Chas, they are horrible. Within five minutes flowers were falling off and none of them made it through the entire evening, and it was adults wearing them. Yes, the cost is good but just be warned, they are hard to work with and you most likely not get what you want.

I wasn't keen to use a florist in general given the price of "wedding" flowers versus regular flowers. My mother did go in and worked with the ladies there; said they were very friendly. We paid right away and they were quick to pocket that change. Doing business from that point forward was not quite the same experience. My mother was curious as to why they didn't reach out after payment via email, to verify what had been discussed for the bouquet & groom's boutonniere. She called and spoke with a rep who said "oh yeah," seeming to suggest she forgot about the order. ~A change did have to be made by the mother of the bride (not as they discussed) and it was around this time I saw more reviews online.
Long story short - my bouquet began to fall apart after the ceremony and during couple photographs. By our first dance, his boutonniere was wilted.
