When we had our meeting with Mad Ox, we were pleased with everything! Other bakeries I tried were overpriced and didn't have a cake that I thought was special. We decided on Mad Ox's Mai Tai flavor cake with buttercream frosting and everyone loved it! The cakes, the cost, and the customer service were all better here than anywhere else!

We loved our wedding cake, sheet cakes and the grooms cake for our wedding. Mad Ox provided excellent taste testing cupcakes with multiple flavors that were so delicious. Our wedding included three different flavors of cake due to we loved so many flavors that were provided! The price and service was exceptional. The setup of the flowers and cake topper was done beautifully. The groom’s cake was perfect and was customized per our request. Highly recommend Mad Ox for your wedding, or for any cake or pastry needs!

This bakery is outstanding in every way. They made delicious cakes exactly to our specifications for an extremely reasonable price, and they delivered the cakes for free on a Sunday (the bakery is not even open on Sundays). Their chocolate citrus and lemon framboise cakes are both absolutely delicious. They were very easy to communicate with, and if we ever need cake or other baked goods for any future events we will definitely order from this bakery again.

Mad Ox Bakery is the place to go for creative and delicious cakes and pies! My husband and I wanted pies instead of cake for our wedding, and Karris was up for the challenge! She was very flexible with flavors, and even used my grandmother's recipes for a special Strawberry Cream Pie! The mini pies were a huge success! She also created an awesome Michigan Station 3-D cake for my husband's grooms cake. He was surprised and thrilled about the details. Mad Ox Bakery has amazing tasting desserts, along with professional and friendly owners!

Our wedding cake was just how we had ordered for decoration. It matched the design on our invitations. We had chosen two flavors and everyone loved it. It was moist and the flavors were awesome. This is a local owned business and they were very accommodating..

Karris did a great job with our wedding cakes! She was very attentive to our requests of cake combinations and they were not only delicious, but beautiful too. The only thing we were a little worried about was that we had refrigerator space saved at our venue, but instead the cakes were left on a table in direct sunlight. Fortunately, we got there in enough time to move them and keep them cool. They tasted amazing, though!!
