From our first tasting with Regina to the returning of our rentals, every interaction with Cupcakes and More has been great. Regina is always so kind and happy to see us, and she always remembers us. The cupcakes were delicious and adorable, and our cake was lovely and exactly what we wanted. They coordinated the drop-off, so we didn't even have to worry about it, and Regina promised that they'd remake the top tier on our 1st anniversary, instead of us having to save it!

Regina was so great to work with. We got married in July of 2016 -- we had ordered hundreds of mini cupcakes (several varieties of flavors) as well as a three-tiered cake. Her team showed up and put the cake/cupcake display together -- it turned out beautifully. I would absolutely recommend Cupcakes & More...

Cupcakes & More made our wedding cake, mini cupcakes, cake pops and cake balls. They were absolutely amazing! Our wedding guests absolutely loved them! We only had a few left and we had brought them into work that Monday and everyone was so happy haha! The display was beautiful!! Customer service was great! Regina and Crystal were great to work with. They really catered to what you wanted and if you had other suggestions they would make it work. I would highly recommend these guys for any event! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The cup cakes were great it was so nice to have such a wide variety of options!

Pros- When my mom and I went in for an impromptu cake tasting since she was in town, Regina, the owner, graciously let us sample several flavors at no cost even though we had just walked in without an appointment. Right then and there we put down a deposit to save our date since the cake was so good and Regina had been so accommodating to us. After going back several times to try different flavors, we ended up ordering a 2-tier cake in raspberry almond, and then got several ½ sheet cakes in almond (“princess”), pink champagne, raspberry almond, and chocolate lover’s flavors. The cakes were DELICIOUS and we got a multitude of compliments on them!
Neutral- We had WAY too much cake leftover after going off the estimates we were told based on the number of guests...like more than three ½ sheets leftover. Lesson learned- get a little less than they recommend. But I love cake, so I’m neutral on this. :)
Cons- (Please take this with a grain of salt - I don’t know if the following was the fault of this business or my decorating helpers!) I had sent Regina an example picture of what I wanted the tiered cake to look like and arranged with her that I would have my decorating helpers leave a bag of clearly marked cake decorating supplies (artificial flowers) on the cake table at the reception for the cake deliverer to decorate the cake with when dropping it off. However, the cake was not at all decorated like I had envisioned. They didn’t use any of the supplies I had put in the clearly marked “cake decorations” bag, but rather some extra little colored balls I had put in a box to use just in case some tables looked empty. Overall the cake looked ok, but didn’t really fit the floral theme I was going for. I wish it would have looked like the example photo I had sent. Good thing it still tasted amazing!

Attempted to set up an appointment for a consultation. Was told my date was available and when I tried setting up a consultation 3 different times the vendor did not respond. When I finally received a response my date was no longer available. Don’t waste your time, poor business practice.
