The executive Chef, Bronson Macomber, originally from Hawaii, earned his degree at Le Cordon Bleu Pasadena and built his unique culinary style and reputation at the prominent restaurants Gary Danko and Cafe Flore in San Francisco and Joes and Primitivo Bistro in Venice. Chef Bronson also worked for Francis Ford Coppola providing full catering services on some of the director’s movie sets.
