Mercedes was very professional and did an amazing job on my hair and makeup. She listened to what I wanted, natural makeup with a flowy hairstyle, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I would definitely recommend her services. I was very nervous when I had to change the location at the last minute and she assured me that it wad not an issue which put me at ease!! I am so happy I chose Mercedes to do my wedding hair and makeup! Through trials, Mercedes and I were able to choose a look that matched my dress, wedding theme, and personality. Mercedes gave me an elegant hairstyle with fresh and natural makeup, that enhanced my look (rather than change it), and made me feel beautiful. She also did a great job with my bridesmaids and mom! I was VERY impressed with the work of Mercedes and her staff. Her pricing is competitive, and they are talented. I had an Indian wedding and needed my ceremonial hair to be very traditionally done, with artificial attachments and flowers woven in. They were able to look at a photo and replicate what I needed. The makeup was flawless and had the natural look I wanted. I would definitely recommend them again!

Hi Mercedes, looking back on my wedding photos, it’s evident that u rushed my hair and make up and spent more time with me during my trial. I honestly don’t feel that it was worth what u charged me for. Especially since my lashes that your contract claimed we’re supposed to be mink had to be re-glued 3 times after u left. And my hair fell within hours before my ceremony and definitely didn’t look like the Hollywood waves that we did during my trial at your former salon. I don’t know whether u just didn’t care and just isn’t in this business anymore since your salon closed and was just honoring your old Contracts before covid. But I think for the price you charged and your promises, it was unacceptable work. From the moment u got to the venue and started setting up I felt rushed n wasn’t sure if that was just your personality or the fact that u had another appointment schedule which is really unprofessional. It was my wedding day so I was trying so hard not to be unhappy. Plain and simple you’ve done better work.

I can show you photos from the day of my trial 10 hours later and my makeup and hair was gorgeous still after a night of partying in nyc and that’s why I booked u. But I feel deceived with the service u delivered on my actual wedding day.
