I hired M.A. Prime and the service was exceptional! The owner chef Mark was very helpful in creating the perfect menu for my husband and I. He was accommodating to all our special requests!
On the day of the event, He and his staff were very prompt, and they catered to every want and need of myself and my guest! They left no detail untouched — from the presentation, the speediness with which they delivered the food, the transitions from each course, everything just ran smoothly!

I was beyond pleased with their service, they truly helped my day be special, and look forward to working with them again for future events!

Chef Mark created an incredible menu for our annual Martini Party. There were five of us they when he was setting up and the quality, taste and presentation were incredible. The eating and drinking went on until 2:00 am. Everything was a big hit. I just wished we had so left over for the next day but I guess we had 35 very hungry and delighted guests on our hands. He will definitely be catering next years party as well as being a guest. He was a delight to work with.
