I was in touch with 2 different limousine companies before I found Luxury Limousines - and I'm so thankful that I came across their company! From the first email, to the last phone call - they only practice good business. We had our drive pick some people up at 1 location, drop off at venue, then go north to another location and get additional people to drop off at the venue! They were so accommodating, and we had the same limo all day/night which made it very easy for us. My wedding party and I had such a blast with our driver, and at the end of the night when we were dropped off at our hotel - he made sure we all got inside safe. This company is top notch and offer great vehicles and superb pricing! Punctual, caring & professional. You can't do better :)

Beware of this company! We rented the "10" passenger limo at $100 per hour and a 20% tip for the driver for 6 hours @ $720. First of all, it should state it's for 8 or 9 passengers as it is extremely tight inside. The limo arrived to my house unprepared with NO ICE, as advertised, for our drinks and bottles of champagne and the AC was set at 80 degrees while 10 of us loaded into the car. Not to mention, the cigarette smoke smell. Then the driver proceeded to tell us NOT to use any of the champagne glasses because he could not "guarantee their cleanliness" and asked me if I had any "red solo cups in my house", which I went back inside to gather for toasting with our good champagne on this special occasion. After stopping at a gas station so the driver could put ice in the limo, we were finally on our way. In addition, be very weary of the the owner, Gerald, who will tell you if you're running a little late, 30 minutes or so, that's it's not a worry because there is no party after yours, DON'T take that as a kind gesture or perk at all! He gives you the impression that he's giving you a break and then we'll charge you $120 for the additional time! After I complained about this, plus the limo being totally unprepared with no ice or clean glasses, he told me he would refund 1/2 of this charge, $60, which he NEVER did, even after several communications. By far the WORST limo rental company I have ever used. Don't let the name "Luxury Limo" fool you!
