We had our heart set on having as many vendors as we could from our beloved city and luckily a TOP RATED CAKERY resides in Marietta. During the tasting, we loved everything and it was hard to narrow it down to 2 flavors for our wedding cake! Working with Kat was fantastic, she is responsive, her art is incredible and delicious.

My family loves dessert, and I had my heart set on a white chocolate raspberry wedding cake. My mom and I wanted to find the best white chocolate raspberry wedding cake in Atlanta – and it literally took us tasting at 7 different bakeries. But we found it with Lush Cakery!

Lush Cakery cakes are so absolutely moist, flavorful and delicious. Our wedding cake had the perfect balance of flavors, and it was a total hit with our guests.

My mom also had many questions for Kat throughout the process and Kat was wonderful to work with throughout it.

Kat and Lush Cakery were a dream vendor to work with! She worked seamlessly with our florist and wedding designer + planners to create a piece of art that was truly the pièce de résistance of our reception space. Kat, with just a few inspiration photos on our end, immediately assured us she could take our vision to life, handling all the design and logistics proactively without us having to coordinate at all.

Further, as a bride with Celiac Disease, Kat could not have been more accommodating to ensure I had safe gluten-free options at the cake tasting. Additionally, although we decided to have our cake not be gluten free, Kat was still able make a smaller gluten-free version that we could use for our cake cutting.

We cannot recommend working with Kat more! Her cakes are truly works of art and you will be in awe! You will be so pleased with your choice!

Kat at Lush Cakery is AMAZING! She made my wedding cakes and they were perfect. I tried several different cake places in the area and nothing came close to Lush Cakery. Kat truly appreciates flavor and design. She was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. The tasting is personalized and you get large portions of very delicious cake. Then she works with you to perfect the designs. The final product at our wedding was both beautiful and the best cake I’ve ever eaten! Our guests raved about the flavor and soft texture of the cake crumb. I cannot recommend Kat and Lush Cakery enough! Look no further for the perfectly delicious and elegant wedding cakes! We hired Lush Cakery for a 2020 wedding, so in the end, we got a small cake for our backyard ceremony and then 2 large cakes for our 2021 reception. I have to say the cake was the part I was most looking forward to at our 2021 reception. These cakes not only look beautiful but they taste heavenly. Thanks, Kat!

Kat has been amazing to work with from day 1, and her cakes are beautiful and SO DELICIOUS! She was so easy to communicate with, facilitated an easy and enjoyable cake tasting, and makes the absolute best cake I've ever had! My husband and I are not even big cake lovers, but Kat's cakes will impress anyone and everyone! If you hire Kat, make sure to tell your caterer to save you a few pieces...we did not have a single piece left over! All of our guests have been raving about the cake and spilling the beans that they had two or three slices ;-). Make your life simple, and hire Kat! You will not be disappointed!

I had the best experience with Lush! We tasted her cakes and fell in love. It was a very easy experience and she was really accommodating. My groom was sick so couldnt come to the tasting, but they made me a to-go plate so that he could try the different flavors at home when he was feeling better! She also personalized our cake with our cat! Such a personalized detail we thought turned out so well!!!

We were a little hesitant to have a wedding cake until we tasted Kat's wedding cakes. Our wedding planner recommended her as one of her top wedding cake bakers so we were excited to try them. We did not expect to love her cakes so much. Every flavor we tried we were obsessed with. She is super talented when it comes to baking cakes and her icing is amazing. We chose the Cinnamon and the White Raspberry Amaretto as our two flavor options for our 3 layer cake.

Our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved our wedding cake and we absolutely cannot wait for our 1 year anniversary celebration to try it again! Stop looking you found your cake!

True life - we have dreamed of our wedding cake since our wedding day! Didn’t hurt that our cake has been tormenting us in our freezer for a year. All that said, our quick taste at our wedding was one of our biggest regrets of our wedding day....we only wished we had stopped to eat the whole slice!! Luckily the top tier that we froze for our 1-year still met all of our expectations and so much more!

Kat felt like the right fit from the start. We loved our 1:1 tasting and she was a true joy to work with. I’m so glad Lush Cakery is just down the road anytime we need our dreams to come true!
