Laura at Lulu's makes beautiful desserts that are delicious!!! She did my daughters wedding cake and everyone loved it!! Highly recommend.

Laura has made every event cake I've needed for years! She's amazing, her cakes are beautiful and delicious! She listens and responds to all of the details you request! I wouldn't use anyone else ever!! Love her!!!

Laura did a wonderful job with our cake and cupcakes!!! Our cake was exactly what we were looking for in design and tasted amazing!! Our cupcakes were also wonderful and her French Toast and Chocolate Mousse Cupcakes were a big hit with our guests and delicious! She also provided us with a stand that fit our theme perfectly! I hired Lulu to make my wedding cake and as Ive had her cake before I was super excited and knew it would be perfect. But it was far from perfect and man was I so wrong! The flavor was completely wrong, there was no banana. The milk chocolate ganache was a hard ball, the very little raspberry filling didnt taste like that as many guests were confused and kept asking what it was! The cake itself was the driest cake ive ever tasted and the frosting was absolutely disgusting. I paid a fairly decent amount for my wedding cake for it to be horrible. So horrible in fact that minus one piece we cut out of the cake was wasted on top of over half of our cupcakes. This was my WEDDING cake, a special day that can not be redone! She ruined my wedding cake and that happiness of my perfect day. To makes matters worse, we have tried to contact her and shes ignoring all calls and messages. She has deleted all the comments made by us and our guests, she has deleted posts, reviews, and anything else she can to make herself look better. I just wanted her to acknowledge she messed up and to apologize. Now I just want my money back! Do not go through her for any type of business! Stay away! I would have had a better cake had I made it out of a box!

We hired Laura do make the cake/cupcakes for our wedding. She had almost a year to get our cake right. What we received was not the flavors we talked about and the cake was dry and aweful. Now she refuses to talk to us and ignores our texts. Avoid at all costs

Not only would I not recommend them to a friend, I would not recommend them to anyone, not even for free!! They have terrible customer service. Made wedding cake in the wrong flavors, dry, and even after trying to contact them to resolve and discuss phone calls, mesages, and emails were ignored. They deleted comments on FB and even google ! You can't redo a wedding, but they could have tried to make up for it by atleast following up and showing they care. Awful business and totally unprofessional.
