I hired Alejandra for a couple's photo shoot. My husband and I have been married for 10 years, and we haven't had any photos taken since our wedding. We never really wanted to get updated portraits because I really hate the idea of getting dressed up, posing in front of a camera, and feeling stiff and uncomfortable. Everything just feels so forced and fake. I expressed this to Alejandra. She took my concerns and totally delivered in making sure our experience and final photos were authentic and true to us!

I picked the location for the shoot. She’s such a pro; she got there way earlier to scope out where specifically we should go and stand, and it was a good thing too because the sun moved a little faster due to the landscape which meant we had less time to actually shoot than we had anticipated. Oh, and it was SO WINDY!

Despite the wind, and the chasing of the light, she was so good at giving us direction, gently posing us in a way that felt natural and not “prom-like”, she had us move around a lot; run, jump, twirl- and all the while, I was thinking “is she getting any of this? Are any of these going to come out?”

Next thing I know, 20 min goes by and she letting us know we are done. It was so fast, so fun, and not once did I feel uncomfortable, stiff, forced into poses I didn’t want to be in… and I think that level of comfort and casualness really showed in the photos she took.

Considering how fast the session went, I left thinking that if we had maybe 10 good photos, that’s a win. Honestly, we don’t need more than that. When I tell you- she sent over the gallery with dozens of images and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS A BANGER!? I just about gasped. I didn’t realize how many photos she was actually taking during our shoot, and she got some of the most beautiful photos of my husband, dogs, and I that we’ll cherish forever! 

10 out of 10 would hire again. 


So much fun! I had never done a photo shoot for myself before so I was very new to everything but she made it super easy! Gave me different poses to try, was very communicative about what I like and don’t like, and was very open to feedback :)

I am truly grateful and Amazed with Alejandra’s ability to make our photo shoot an enjoyable experience. I love all the pictures she took of me and my partner, her dedication and amazing work go above and beyond. I am definitely booking her for my wedding pictures as well.

Alejandra did a beautiful job capturing timeless, unique and precise photos for my wedding. Throughout the process, she made sure we had everything we needed, that we were comfortable and relaxed and more importantly cared for. She is so thoughtful and thinks of the little things that make a big difference. She knows how to politely talk to others around us during the shoot and got so many compliments from my guests at my wedding about her! She is also very communicative and will listen to needs/likes from your photos! Definitely recommend Alejandra!!
