Limo driver was very friendly! Company was right on time and very easy to work with! Had no problems at all and they are affordable. The inside of the party bus was fun and we were all able to dance, socialize, and move around the bus with no problem!

Lucky Limo was awesome!! Mark's limos are very nice and very clean. His prices are fair. My husband and I booked him for our wedding and we were extremely pleased with his service. Mark is very flexible. He stopped off at a nearby park where we and our wedding party had pictures done. He's the best in the northwest Ohio area!!

We purchased 2 hours (plenty of time for two trips) on a a 25 passenger bus for our wedding guests following the reception from the venue to the hotel. This was all very clearly laid out in the contract. Many guests were relying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, Lucky Limo showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus we paid for was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. Our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact them after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won’t return any emails. We have not received any kind of refund, even though we paid for far more than we got. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.
