Lucille's was great! We had eaten there before, but the catering services offered us a tasting just so we can have a taste of everything on the menu. Worked out great, because we added a few more things and went with the 3 entrees and 3 sides! More than enough food. I spoke with Chloe, and she was able to give me quote for the different services because we didn't know which one we wanted and which one would better suit our budget. When we finally picked one, we made our payment, and she responded within that day.
We went with the drop set, which took a little longer than they had said. We were able to work around it. Overall, good quality food.

Lucille's was AMAZING! I have always loved their food so my husband and I decided to use them. From the beginning, they were courteous and worked with us on what we wanted. The food was awesome - I have even received compliments from guests. We had to change where they were setting up - from inside originally to being moved outside - a week before and they were fine with it. The crew set up the tables and chairs very quietly. I didn't even notice they were there! Everything was great. We even had an issue with the credit card being charged the day of (The credit card company was declining the charge due to it being a larger amount). Regardless of the card not working, Lucille's still came even though they had not received payment. The situation was dealt with before they arrived on site but most places would not have come until the card issue was solved. I was grateful and happy with the service Lucille's provided. We are so glad we chose them and had their wonderful food at our wedding!!

The catering team was really great. They came in and set everything up with no questions. The food was hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. I go to the restaurant in Tempe and I just can't get enough. They are located in Tempe and catered to my venue in Glendale with no extra charges. Also the price per person was really good for a caterer.
