Lucette Brewing Company

Lucette Brewing was the perfect place for our wedding. The food is top notch and the beverage package had offerings for all. The staff was kind and easy to work with. The onsite coordinator was responsive and there day of to help with all questions. Set up was easy and we were able to bring in our own arch and decor to make the space feel special. Can’t recommend Lucette Brewing enough!

I don’t even know where to begin- Lucette’s absolutely hit it out of the park as our wedding venue! From months before to even weeks after our wedding, the experience was smooth, thoughtful, and full of intention and care. We can’t recommend Lucette’s enough to other couples, or for any event.

Everything during the planning was communicated so clearly- the staff was so responsive and friendly and went above and beyond to work with us and help make our vision a reality. Anything we came up with that they hadn’t done before they were open to accommodating, and even offered additional suggestions to try and make it work. They were very flexible with us using additional vendors for things like an outdoor lounge setup, as well as any DIY pieces we brought along to complete the atmosphere, like our cafe light planters and projector screen. They pointed us to outlets, gave suggestions for locations, and worked with us to make our outdoor gaming lounge a reality! Having Lucette’s as the venue AND the caterer was also a huge plus. One less vendor to coordinate made planning that much easier and we knew our guests would love the wood-fired pizza- we even got to make a custom pizza for our guests to have! The ‘one month out’ meeting really highlighted the expertise Lucette’s brings to the table- the team was ready with all the details they needed to know to make sure our day ran smoothly and how we wanted. They were even able to help us figure out more on our timeline and things we hadn’t thought about, like when should dishes be brought to tables and when should the lights turn down for the evening. Having a staff who knew what they were doing and what questions to ask really alleviated a lot of the stress leading up to the day and made us feel cared for and confident that everything would be perfect!

While Lucette’s does have a beautiful green space to have an outdoor ceremony, we decided to have our ceremony at the neighboring park. Lucette’s was able to rent us their ceremony chairs, including setup and takedown in the aisle formation that we wanted, and allowed our guests to use the connecting gate to the Red Cedar Trail for easy access. This made the day even more custom for us and made setup and takedown of the ceremony area fast and simple. After the ceremony we didn’t have to worry about our guests being cared for while we were taking pictures since Lucette’s had their timeline for cocktail hour setup at the one month meeting.

The whole day the staff was extremely attentive- checking in with the bridal party and parents as needed when things came up, alerting us when the paid bar limit was getting close, and making sure we had everything we needed. When our guests were having a little too much fun and spilling some beer on the floors the bartenders were quick to clean up and made sure to dance along with the party while doing so, keeping the vibe going. We never had to worry about adjusting the doors, running out of food, or anything else! Since we had a Sunday wedding we were also able to leave most of our decor overnight (we just grouped it all together the night of) and when a late night storm delayed the third party lounge vendor for pickup the staff was willing to work with us to move pickup to the next morning.

As far as the space itself, it was everything we were looking for both in style and size. The interior of the event space is absolutely gorgeous! The large ceilings with industrial furnishings, beautiful concrete floors, and full pine walls really capture the modern/industrial style we love while the full accordion-door walls kept things connected with nature. Without any decor or help the venue itself is stunning, meaning you can use as little or as much decor as you want and still end up with a beautiful wedding. The event space is separated enough from the restaurant that we never felt like dining guests would crash the party, or that our wedding guests would get confused on where to go. When it came to arranging the tables we were able to determine how we wanted them laid out, where to put cocktail and side tables, and where to put the dance floor. The space never felt cramped with our ~130 guests, and we definitely had space to move and dance without much need to move tables. Anything we weren’t sure of or had questions on, Lucette’s was ready with suggestions. We also had access to a separate ‘lounge’ space near the dining room that we used half as a getting ready room for the groom/groomsmen (and briefly the bride for getting in the dress) but also as storage for the bridal party, parents, and anything else that just needed to be out of the way. The bathrooms were easily accessed and somewhat separated from the main restaurant, and best of all the event space had its own bar and own fire pizza oven which provided a spectacular focal point at the end of the hall. Top it all off with the fact that Lucette’s has some yard games of their own to provide, and allowed us to bring in our own, we were able to achieve the perfect style and vibe for the wedding of our dreams!

Every step of the way it felt like Lucette’s was just as excited as we were to make our day meaningful to us and exactly how we pictured it. After having a couple other vendors who dropped the ball, having someone so devoted and caring about our day really made a difference. They even allowed us to come back a couple weeks later to take some additional photos we missed from the day of, and checked in with congratulations for our married life. Overall Lucette’s gave us a fantastic experience and was our favorite vendor to work with! We highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a beautiful, modern/industrial space with lots of opportunities to make it their own and lots of great pizza and beer to enjoy!

My cousin had a wedding at Lucette, the venue coordinator was very responsive and professional. She made sure all the needs were met for her special day. I really appreciate that. I also appreciated the staffing including Dustin, he communicated very well and also took our day seriously. I would say all of the staff does a good job, and cares about the people who attend. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a low stress event regardless if it’s a wedding or not.

Also, the food is absolutely delicious and I asked them about how they make their food. I would say I’m impressed. They make their cheese for the pizzas and they have curated cocktails they custom made.

Not to mention the pavilion is absolutely stunning. With the large windows and the light shining through with the fresh wood scent. A nice touch is the games they put outside with ace throwing and bean bags. Then we got to end the night by the fire outside with cushioned chairs!!!
